Nestled on the edge of the Sierra National Forest, this expansive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath (read descriptions) estate is perfect for those seeking both outdoor adventure and luxurious comfort. One of our favorite features is the large 6-person hot tub set on a spacious deck with lounge chairs and seating areas, perfect for soaking under the stars. Stroll through the orchard where scenic walking trails begin, or challenge friends to a friendly match on the oversized, natural wood ping pong table. You’ll also find multiple spots to grill and dine al fresco, including a propane BBQ and additional outdoor seating areas.

Step inside the main house to discover a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, double-door refrigerator, microwave, and rice cooker, plus a wine fridge and popcorn machine to elevate your stay. We absolutely love the coffee stations, which offer two types of coffee makers (Keurig-style and full-pot), a milk frother, water warmer, and steamer ensuring an awesome cup of coffee at any time of day. For added fun, the house boasts a Foosball table, a cozy great room fireplace, and a dining space for eight, complete with barstool seating. Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, a hairdryer, and plush towels for your convenience. Don’t forget to look up in the master bedroom at night, where hundreds of glow-in-the-dark stars provide a magical touch.

An enchanting lifted patio sits on the property, offering its own bedroom, a downstairs indoor/outdoor bathroom, and an outdoor bathtub for a unique, under-the-sky bathing experience. This treetop retreat even has its own coffee station, so you can savor your morning brew amid the forest canopy. Whether you’re lounging in the hot tub, playing games, or simply enjoying the serenity of the orchard, our estate is designed to help you unwind and connect with nature all while being just a short drive from Yosemite National Park. A Wonderful Getaway

We booked this place to celebrate my husband’s 40th. The host was super nice and communicative. The place itself is massive and gorgeous. I loved that it isn’t too far from where we live but it felt like a distant getaway. The amenities of the fire pit and hot tub were a great addition on a chili spring day. The view from the balcony make for great photo backdrop. Overall my stay was great! I want to come back with my children too as I feel they would enjoy it as well!

Our group of 13 - siblings with our mostly grown young adult kids and two teens,loved our stay here. We grilled, made smores on the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub. The newlyweds in our group loved the privacy of the cute tree house. We made two day trips to the Yosemite Valley and had a blast at Bass Lake one day. The young people dressed up cute and took beautiful sunset photos on the balcony deck. We popped popcorn and watched movies from the comfy couches. The host Brittany was very responsive. Winter Fun

We really enjoyed all the amenities at this place! It was so comfortable for our group of 5– spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the hillsides and trees all around. We loved the foosball game, the ping-pong table, the fire pit and the hot tub! Plus we were within easy driving range of Yosemite, then come back “home” to relax at the end of our adventures!

This was a nice property with a lot of minor things that made it feel more like staying with a friend than a bland hotel room. The kids were so excited about everything! There were a lot of indoor activity options they liked including card games and foosball. It’s set back a little bit with nice outdoor view with outdoor seating and table and hot tub!

Dear Marsha, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the house very nice and appreciated its beautiful, secluded location along the national forest line. Regarding your concerns about the road and safety, we want to assure you that our driveway is properly maintained. It's important to note that we have about three water diverters installed in the driveway to manage snow runoff in the winter, which is a common feature for steeper driveways in the mountains. If driving too fast, these diverters can be more noticeable. As for safety during potential fires, we take it very seriously. In the event of a fire, local police and sheriff departments go door to door to inform residents about evacuations and offer any necessary support. We are disappointed to receive a three-star review, especially since our location is accurately displayed on the map prior to booking. Guests can clearly see that we are in a secluded area, which many find to be a significant part of the charm. We also noticed that your review came shortly after we sent another reminder about payment owed, which we found a bit unusual. Thank you again for your stay and feedback. Best regards, Brittany

Beautiful Property

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views! Surrounded by trees you feel part of nature. It was very peaceful and quiet. The property is a short drive from Yosemite Park Entrance or the town of Oakhurst. Host was very kind. Response time to questions were not always prompt. Note, if you are traveling a long distance to the property, the host will only give check in information at check in time, not prior. We truly recommend this place.
