When looking out of the deck it's like you're in a treehouse. The area is very quiet and peaceful. After a long day of work you can sit out on the deck the fans going and just looking out at the trees and skies. There's a grill for cooking out with tables and chairs. There's also furniture just to sit around and talk with your friends and family. If you want to come down and enjoy the backyard there's a full outdoor kitchen with sitting area and a tiki bar. There's also a water feature with a gazebo two swinging chairs and a sitting area. We butt up against Pinellas trail for biking and walking. Beyond that is Taylor Park it's a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the scenic views. This property is already landscaped with new white vinyl fence all the way around it for privacy. There's restaurants and shops close by you can walk too. They just opened a new coffee shop just down the street. In the apartment there is a stand-up shower plus a tub that's a Jacuzzi. The kitchen, eating area and living room is all open concept. Both bedrooms have king size beds and they're both proximately the same size. This is a must see.

Awesome Stay!

An awesome apartment in a great location! Very clean and spacious. Very close to the park and walking trail. Sharon was a wonderful hostess who welcomed us with goodie bags and also got us to the airport courtesy of her ride service after our stay. Would highly recommend!!

Quiet location. Spacious shaded balcony. Close to a lovely county park and a nice walk to downtown Largo or to the Arts Centre. Any minor problems we had were resolved quickly.

Christmas 2023

My two grandchildren (ages 14 and 9) stayed with me at this apartment. Sharon is a great hostess. She is very prompt to respond to questions and offer any assistance if needed. It had everything we needed. The kitchen is a nice size with the necessary utensils, cookware and dinnerware. I was not able to utilize the other amenities but it was would have if my vacation had not already been planned with activities away from the apartment.
