7-minute drive to the Indian Rocks Beach approximately 2 minutes from Largo Public Golf Course and 4 mins north of Publix. Closest airport is St Pete/Clearwater approximately 15 mins and Tampa Airport is approximately 30 mins This home features a heated screened in pool (heated Nov-April only*) covered patio, outdoor sectional couch with ottomans, adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, smart television, coffee/side tables, outdoor dining table/chairs. Yard is fenced in for privacy. Neighborhood is quiet & peaceful.

New 2023 Exterior Paint, New fence 2024, Interior of Pool and Pool Cage Screen refinished June 2024.

Primary bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet, smart tv and full bathroom with shower stall.

Second bedroom features a 2 full beds, smart tv, full closet

Hallway bathroom features shower/tub combo

Living room features 2 sectional couches with 2 chase lounges, a large screen smart television, side & coffee table with views of the pool.

Beach day things: 4 Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, bag cooler, hard 40 qt cooler and umbrella

Washer/Dryer Area Available off Kitchen Area

Portable pack n play and high chair available.

We will provide the following items:
Hand soap, One Roll of Paper Towels, One Roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom and One Trash Bag per trash can.

NO PETS ALLOWED!!

*Pool Heater: The pool heater is designed to increase the water temperature by approximately 20-25 degrees F above the outdoor air temperature. Heating performance may vary based on weather conditions, including nighttime temperatures, wind and rain.
Please note that if ambient temperatures are very low, the pool may not reach desired temperature such as 86 degrees or higher, as this is a standard limitation for residential pool heating systems. We will ensure that the heater is operating correctly, but specific temperature guarantees cannot be provided during cold weather.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT, the pool is monitored, tested and cleaned before each guest arrives. If any equipment has been touched or altered, this could result in a damage fee.

Erik and Kristy were good communicators. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The neighborhood is quiet and it was close to multiple beaches. The kitchen is well-equipped and we loved the pool area, both for relaxing and for swimming in the heated pool. The ability to use the beach gear for the beach was also huge for us since we flew.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool area was amazing. The pool was clean and heated. The hosts were very nice and responded to us very quickly when we had a question or concern. I have been using VRBO for many years, around the United States and internationally, and this was one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Perfect little getaway

Check in was very simple. The host has the house equipped with just about everything. Toys for the pool were a plus! My kids had a blast. The items they had for the beach were so convenient. Beach chairs, big cooler, beach umbrella etc
 House was clean and comfortable. It was awesome having a tv outside by the pool. Was able to put on a show or listen to music while the kids swam. Pretty centrally located to most attractions and restaurants. We will choose to stay here again when we visit next year.

Largo work trip

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. The house is as described and was well equipped. Our only let down was that the heated pool never got above 76 degrees so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool in the afternoons.

Great Place

Nice house! It is just minutes away from the beach. Beach towels, beach/swim toys, coolers, and beach wagon were there for us to use. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didnt have to worry about doing laundry when we got back home. The pool area was really nice ! Thanks for having us !!

Highly Recommended

This property was exactly what we had hoped and lived up to it's promises. Quiet, private, clean and updated. Beautiful patio and pool area for dinners, swimming and relaxing. Central location. Any questions or concerns that may have come up were answered and resolved quickly by the owner. We hope we can come back again one day!! Congrats Erik on making this a great vacation bungalow.
