Nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Silverthorne, Colorado, lies the Modern Mountainside Sanctuary, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom haven of luxury and relaxation. Fresh from a comprehensive 2023 renovation, every corner of this house whispers of elegance. From the newly installed floors to the expertly designed bedrooms, every detail has been meticulously curated for your ultimate comfort.



Bask in the expansive living room, where a large smart TV sits majestically over a cozy fireplace, and the sun casts a warm, golden hue through the large windows, showcasing breathtaking mountain views. There is a comfortable sleeper sofa available in the living room to accommodate larger groups.



Adjacent to this, a gourmet kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, packed with modern appliances and all the trimmings required to craft a delightful dinner. With a dining area that comfortably seats 8 plus 4 additional bar chairs, there is room for the entire family to gather.

Bedroom #4 is located on the lowest level of the home, featuring a twin over queen bunk with an en-suite bathroom. This room is equipped with a smart TV and large walk-in closet to store all of your essentials. Additionally, a mini fridge & freezer is available and this room acts as another suite, featuring its own private entrance to the home with both interior and exterior access.

Silverthorne stay

We had a great stay. Hot tub was not working, but the guy who fixed it was super nice. There’s a few things that could be fixed like the trashcan, vacuum and the automatic blinds wouldn’t close. Otherwise an amazing stay! This is our second year and we love staying here.

We rented this home for six weeks, expecting a property marketed for long stays to be well-maintained. It wasn’t. While the owner was occasionally responsive—replacing a broken vacuum and providing coffee promptly—the overall condition fell far short of reasonable standards.Outdoor areas were neglected: thick layers of debris under the deck, an unsanitary gas grill I had to clean myself (only to find it underpowered), and a front entry marred by dried bird droppings. The house paint was peeling, several window screens were missing, and many windows were painted shut. A kitchen window was permanently stained between panes, and the handyman’s repairs were sloppy.Inside, the bedding was cheap and uncomfortable—nowhere near what you’d expect in a high-priced, long-term rental.In short: This property might pass for a weekend stay if you’re not picky, but for extended renters seeking a comfortable, well-maintained home, 578 Big Horn Circle is likely to disappoint.

The house overall is nice; however, it's not well taken care of. There is no a/c which is ok, but all of the windows in the main area were painted shut or the hardware was removed so you couldn't open them to let the house cool off. The blinds at the top windows were also broken. We called and they said they'd stop by at 3. We were not home so we're unsure if they even came but the blinds were not fixed and there was no communication that they came but couldn't fix them. The backyard is nice but it is all tall weeds.
