This luxurious oceanfront home occupies the entire second floor of the building. It features a private oceanfront balcony with BBQ and dining area. The home includes two full master suites, each with two queen beds. The third bedroom has two full/twin bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa sleeper.

The second master suite has its own private balcony with beautiful ocean views. The spacious living and dining areas provide plenty of comfortable space for your group.

The home includes a two-car tandem garage and a washer/dryer for convenience.

Garage dimensions: approximately 36′ L × 7′6″ W × 6′3″ H. The garage is suitable for two small or medium cars parked one behind the other. SUVs or trucks may not fit. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee that your vehicle will fit in the garage, nor can additional parking be provided. It's also a very short garage so please ensure your car will fit.

Renters must be 26 years of age or older.

Great location and great views! My only reason for not giving 5 Stars was the parking. I thought we would have two spots, but it was tandem parking, so when the other unit had cars in the garage, it was impossible for us to get our two vehicles in safely.

Terrific location, nice home layout and well stocked. We rented 2 homes for an adult family reunion. This was superior.

The view and location was awesome! The cleanliness and amount of things that didn’t work left a lot to be desired. They don’t tell you much about check-in until a few hours before your check in time.

The location doesn’t get better than this, very close to everything, housed all 15 people in my party just fine and the views are great.

The location is great. The accommodations were less so. One of the back bedrooms with the 2 queens had 2 of the 3 windows stuck open from rust. They would not close even though they were newer vinyl windows. We could hear car traffic and people early in the morning, and the room was noticeably colder. We did not discover the cause until day 4.The heat also did not work. Since we stayed over Thanksgiving, we did not hear from management about sending someone to fix it until Friday afternoon. We were out playing and did not see the message until later that day. At that point we decided to punt since we were leaving Sunday morning.The unit is worn. The location is great. If location is your priority and you can overlook the issues, it may still work for you.

Fun at the beach

the location was great with a rec trail right outside the door. We had beautiful sunsets and great people watching on the rec trail. The home was well equipped with all we needed acept the home slept 16 and had just 8 dishes. The main shower had a broken shower head but the rain shower worked. There was a broken door knob on one of the bedroom doors and we didn't have enough toilet paper for a week and 8 people. The listing said there were 3 bunkbeds and there were only 2, it wasn't a problem for us but it might be for someone else that expected that.

Perfect location

The location can't be beat. We were right off the board walk which is within walking to the beach, the ocean, restaurants and the amusement park. The management company was very helpful when we had some issues with the property. Most things that weren't working got fixed immediately. They also let us use as many beach chairs and towels as we wanted. For the most part the property was clean, although the window screens were full of dust. But everything else seemed clean. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes and cooking necessities. There were blow dryers in every bathroom. I would give this a five if they had gotten the heater working. The hot water heater went out and had to be replaced but they did that same day so it wasn't an issue. The heater quit working on day 2 and never got fixed. So we had to rely on the fireplace which doesn't heat the whole house too well. With all that said I would recommend this property. We had a great time and there was room for everyone.

Wonderful views of the beach, water, and sunsets. Very spacious unit with very comfortable beds and great hot showers. A little bit dated and we could not get the fireplace to work.
