Notre maison est l'endroit idéal pour votre prochaine escapade côti��re! Détendez-vous sur le pont et regardez les amateurs de plage passer, puis attrapez vos planches de boogie et dirigez-vous vers le bas pour capter des vagues. Explorez la promenade de Mission Beach en pied, en vélo ou en skateboard. Assurez-vous de vous arrêter près du parc Belmont pour des montagnes russes et des jeux d'arcade. Pour les amoureux de la vie marine, SeaWorld se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture. Rentrez à la maison à temps pour admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil sur l'océan depuis notre balcon au deuxième étage! Découvrez tout ce que la côte de San Diego a à offrir.

Really easy process from booking to check out. Unbelievable views!!!! Great home! Very Clean! Great location! Overall fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend. The pictures on the site are not even close to how beautiful it is in person. Will absolutely be booking again!

Short stay but it was very nice..

We were on vacation from June 22nd to June 29th, at another beach house close by and decide to stay til Monday found your place for the short weekend so we can stay a couple of more days we really enjoyed your place it was beautiful and great location .. Thank you

The house is beautiful - wonderful location and great light. Responsive hosts. But the house desperately needs new beds (all of them), appliances (dishwasher and dryer), and kitchen table. This is a nit, but there wasn’t a sponge at the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes (which we had to do because the dishwasher does not clean the dishes). There was a pretty big and loud party on Monday night in the unit below us that went on well past 1am. We almost called the police on them.

We’re also working with the owner to replace the mattresses and to bring in a new kitchen table. Your note about the missing sponge and the noise from the unit below is also appreciated, and we understand how disruptive that must have been. We stayed here during the kids spring break, amazing 2nd story condo with beach front access and views, very specious condo with a 180 degree view. Loved the house due to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Perfect for a family

Easy access to the beach, wonderful neighborhood, and perfect parking for large vehicles. We rented a full size suburban which we could fit side by side under the carport with our daughter in laws Ford focus.

Beautiful, ocean front Mission Beach rental

Our stay was exceptional. Located right on the beach, we listened to the waves each night, had a cool ocean breeze, swam in the ocean, walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit itself was well appointed, stylish, and comfortable - everything we needed to cook / grill was there. Check in was easy through the App and management was attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit and Avant.

Great Ocean Getaway

The property did NOT disappoint! You are just step from the sand and ocean. Volleyball courts that our family loved playing. Never left the property from the time we checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Highly recommend!

AWESOME!

It was a great trip with family and friends. Beach is amazing. Once we parked our car we didn’t move it till we left, walked everywhere. I would suggest cooking, the view from kitchen is amazing! Only complaint…. We didn’t stay long enough😀
