The Space:
You won't find a better vacation home for this value!
Only 2 miles from the pier and beach! This freshly renovated charming 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones.
Stylishly decorated, this condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or small families traveling to the area.
It has 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen size pull-out couch with linens. We have beach chairs and beach towels. There are also two bikes available for your use.
There is a community pool and gym steps away. You also can walk to the Starbucks (though there is a Keurig in the home) and grocery store in less than 2 minutes. The closest beach is only 2 miles away so you can take the bikes that are provided or drive!
It's also walking distance to Red Fern Village and Ember!
The back patio offers comfy outdoor furniture and a place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Please note:
There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets. The pool is open seasonally from about 4/1-10/31.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Trailers and boats are not allowed to be parked on this property per the condo association.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately canât offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure youâve properly covered yourself.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $145 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.Â
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
