The unit was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Although the description said to bring our own beach towels, there were beach towels available. The kitchen is a little dated with hardly any room to store food supplies, but otherwise well-stocked with the necessaries.

This property was a perfect vacation spot for us. We LOVED this beach town. It was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. It’s quiet, relaxed, you wouldn’t even know the beach is a half mile away other than the smell of the ocean. The giant mossy oak trees and the landscape of the island is breathtaking. The sunrises on east beach and the sunsets at the pier were something I’ll treasure forever. The shops at the pier and the restaurants, the candy and ice cream shops, the parks and pickleball courts - it was just the perfect spot. Ocean Walk community is beautiful and quiet. Surrounding the lake we saw ducks and turtles every day. At the pier during sunrise we saw families of dolphin - tons of them swimming right by the pier. The condo was wonderful - the decor was a bit dated but we didn’t mind - it was charming. The furniture was extremely comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen had plenty of pans, place settings, etc. The washer and dryer was a nice touch. The balcony was perfect - during the majority of the day even when raining it stayed dry and uncovered from the son. The balcony looks west but when the sun is setting the giant mossy oaks keeps the balcony in the shade. We rented bikes from Zoom Bike Rental - they dropped them off and picked them up for the week - no hassle. The island has a Winn Dixie grocery real close which was nice. Overall - perfect vacation for me, my wife, our 11yo daughter and 17yo son.

Location is great, very convenient to the village area and all of the restaurants and shops. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay. The only issue we encountered was with the wifi in the unit, the connection constantly cycled in while trying to stream tv services or using the laptop or cell phone. I reset the router several times to no avails a telecommunications expert, I can say unequivocally that there is a problem with either the wiring into the building or serving the complex. Xfinity definitely needs to send a tech to test the wiring out.

Wow, our stay at Ocean Walk on St. Simons Island was amazing! The place is really close to shops and the beach, but the best part was the pond right outside. We saw ducks and even a heron! The condo was super comfy and had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The people at Emmons Realty helped us find cool places to visit. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. We had so much fun swimming in the pool and playing tennis. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!!!
