This is a PET FRIENDLY unit located entirely on the ground level. For your convenience, beach chairs and other basic beach gear is provided for your use.

Central to everything we enjoy doung on Saint Simons. 5 min ride to the beach ( beach chairs provided). Pet friemdly, and bery convenient to grocery store with all kitchem supplies needed. Our second Christmas in tjis unit and witj iur kids ilder a nice getaway for thr week of Christmas.

Convenient to all we needed to shop for that we forgot. Kids and Aunt really enjoyed their pool time. Ground Floor was another plus. This is the fourth time using this unit. Thank you!8

Perfect spot for an island trip!

This condo is so nice! We didn’t want to be right on the beach or pier area because of the crowds. This condo was a short drive to everything. It was also walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The pool was very clean and not crowded.

the location was great. met many nice people that either lived there or was just visiting like us . only thing we didnt like about the condo was no patio or screened in porch. we thought the sunroom was wasted space . had a small problem with dryer and our property manager Ben was right on it. was great . thank you again Ben

Our family of 4 stayed here after Christmas and were very pleased. Part of our family lives on SSI, so we came to have Christmas with them. The condo is very clean, spacious and accommodating. We don't go out every meal so we cooked a bit. I usually bring several, regularly used, kitchen items because most condos don't have them. But to my great pleasure this one is incredibly well stocked. The only thing I ended up using that I brought was a 9x13 casserole dish. They have measuring cups & spoons, a muffin pan, cookie sheets, a complete set of pots & pans with lids and several silicon utensils. There are nice plates and glasses with silverware too. The laundry and dishwasher worked great and the showers were high enough for my tall guys. We also used the tennis court and gym, which were all great as well. The location puts you in the middle of everything and easy access to anything you want to do. Our little dog enjoyed being in a quiet place to walk as well. My only complaints are just from personal opinion. The king bed is very soft and my husband and I have back issues and need a medium firm to firm mattress, so we didn't sleep great. There is no carpet, which I totally get when you're likely to drag in sand from the beach and have pets, but I have developed neuropathy from chemotherapy so the hard, cold tile floors hurt. It also makes for a very "industrial" feel instead of homey or cozy. But again, this is just my personal opinion. Overall it was great!

Great Christmas Getaway

We decided to skip town this year for Christmas and head to Saint Simons. This was a very spacious pet friendly condo that worked out very well for our family and we basically moved Christmas to the beach. Only issue was the main TV was not working but not a big deal for us as it was mostly background noise. Convenience to the grocery store, 2 minutes from the beach, and 5 minutes from the pier.
