Le Lake Dillon Condominiums 303 est une unité située au dernier étage avec des plafonds voûtés et une vue imprenable sur la montagne et le lac. Ce très spacieux 2 chambres, 3 salles de bain est rempli de fenêtres du sol au plafond. 8 personnes. L'ascenseur complexe facilite le transport de vos bagages et de vos achats. Les poutres apparentes donnent une sensation de montagne extraordinaire. Cuisine en granite avec beaucoup de comptoirs et un coin bar pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Sièges de la salle à manger 8. Profitez de l’écran plat 60 pouces du salon. Coin salon supplémentaire pour la lecture ou les conversations. Foyer au gaz fournit une chaleur agréable. Grande terrasse avec mobilier de jardin pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Décor de lac et de lodge. WiFi gratuit et câble. Trois salles de bain complètes. It was spacious, clean, and the view is stunning!! The hot tub was hot and clean. I can't wait to return to the exact same unit. I felt at home right away.

Great Location & Communication

Stayed over Spring Break and found it to be in a convenient location to multiple ski resorts, close to shopping/groceries. The unit was clean with ample kitchen equipment, dishes, cooking items, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Overall, great stay!

This condo was great. 2 Big bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) and another half bath. The kitchen and large living area was great. The best tho, was the huge deck with incredible views of Lake Dillon. Can't beat that. I will absolutely ask for this condo in future visits.

Once you get into the unit the views are breathtaking! Love the covered balcony! We had a group of 7 and we had plenty of room. Thanks for a wonderful stay - again!

Labor Day get-away

Great location on the lake front. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, but nothing in the way of condiments/oils/etc. to assist with cooking, which was disappointing. Very spacious and plenty of room. We had wonderful weather and wish we could've stayed longer.

Great site, but some items were missing

Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many times at Lake Dillon Condos #303 for a yearly family reunion. This year was wonderful, as usual. With a new dish washer and two new mattresses, it was in better shape than last year. After a heavy rain, the lights in one of the bathrooms wouldn't turn on, and the fan in the same bedroom took on a life of its own. Not major issues but something that should be addressed.
