Perfect stay! Beautiful property and excellent host.We had a wonderful time staying here. The home was exactly as pictured—exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was proactive, communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very happy with our stay! The management company and the property were excellent. We are our family of 4 - two adults and two kids under two taking a weekend trip from Chicago. Property is very close to town and all of the attractions. Will very likely stay at this property again!

Excellent location with a beautiful view of the river and very close to Mount Baldhead and hiking trails. Loved the open concept and fire pit area outside. Only items to note -- the master bedroom does not have an attached bathroom and the mattresses in all bedrooms were extremely firm (resulting in a poor night's sleep for several of us).

Had the best experience renting Park Place. It was clean, a good location, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The Mill Pond Realty team were also wonderful to work with - super organized, quick to respond when needed, and very clear & pleasant to interact with. Would highly recommend this spot for a family or two looking for nice lake house and quick access to Oval Beach and Saugatuck/Douglas.

Absolutely a great place. It would be even better if the bedrooms had AC units as the ACs from the main rooms only supported that area if doors are closed.

Beautiful house!

The place was beautiful and very clean! Very well maintained. It is not close to town but you can see town which was frustrating, still have to drive 15 minutes.

Annual Saugatuck Family Trip

My family and I do an annual end of summer trip to celebrate September birthdays and step away from the city (Chicago) for a long weekend every year. This is our 3rd time back to Saugatuck, and we absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was perfect for me and my adult siblings, plus my 3 year old niece. We also had my best friend and her husband and baby over for the day, and it was fantastic to host all 8 of us! We will be coming back if this place his open during the dates that work for us next year!

Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and the host went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The place itself was super clean and had everything (and more) to accommade our stay. The views were amazing and the online description was exactly detailed when we arrived.
