Hi, I'm Lauren, new mom and West Palm Beach local. This is a boutique cottage property owned by me. I love to travel so I really love being able to host others at my home now. This is a welcoming space for anyone needing a safe, cozy haven during their time here.

We’re 3 miles to the center of WPB and gorgeous Palm Beach Island. It’s a few blocks to the new southern bridge where you can wave at (or other hand gesture of your choice) Mar-A-Lago as you head to the beach.

Washer/Dryer Usage Notice
Please note that the on-site washer and dryer are available for minimal use, limited to guests staying one week or longer and to be used only during the designated hours:
Morning: 7 AM - 10 AM
Evening: 7 PM - 9 PM

* * PETS, INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS: I welcome pets but MUST charge an extra fee because the cleaners will charge me extra. PLEASE list pets in the booking, regardless if it is a service animal or not. If we have any more issues with this we will sadly have to prohibit animals entirely.

** Long-term stays: I require cottages to be fully cleaned and sanitized weekly for long term stays. The cleaners will change the towels and bed linens, and respectfully clean around your belongings. Cleaning will take place weekly in the afternoon starting one week from check in date, unless otherwise discussed.

Adorable little bungalow with great pillows and books.

Great little place, super close to the Kravis center. Great pillows! My husband was hesitant to stay on someone's property, but there was no issue at all. Communication with Lauren was great, and she has fabulous taste in literature.

I really enjoyed my birthday trip here!

Beautiful property and quiet neighborhood just like the listing says! I met the owner Lauren she was delightful and very helpful. The property was clean, bathroom updated and loved the barn door super cute! I enjoyed my solo birthday trip here was able to get some reflecting and journaling done. Pleasant getaway for my little family

The place was small but very cute! It was perfect for my husband and our two dogs and myself. It was very close to all our favorite spots in West Palm Beach and had some amazing new places to eat! There was a little issue with the check in time, however, that was not Lauren's fault. I will stay again and also recommend this stay to someone if they need somewhere in WPB.

Very cute and quiet

I immediately felt comfortable upon arrival. There was a minor mishap with the shower not draining properly but overall it was very clean and accommodating. The staging was as pictured and the host was quick to respond. 9/10

Perfect for a short trip

The host was extremely responsive and got us everything we needed very quickly. A little small for two people, but it worked for the short weekend trip. Close to the airport, but not super close to some areas of Palm Beach. Bikes are available and used it for a quick 10 minute ride to a nearby coffee shop.

Very charming

Property manager/owner was fantastic to work with. Kept in constant communication with us. We were able to check in a few hours early, which really helped us out. The unit was very charming and comfortable. Only issue was confusion on the Unit C description, as there wasn't a Unit C. However, someone was there to help us, so it wasn't an issue at all. Not sure if this really was property's fault or VRBO company. But we'd definitely stay there again!!

We stayed for 6 days is this beautifully decorated bungalow and we enjoyed the room. We recommend renting a car as bus service is available 2 blocks away but the bus doesn't come very often and takes some time to get you to the town center. Bus fare is $2 per person. We explored the area and decided to use a rental car for the last 2 days when the weather changed to rain. The beaches of Palm Beach are beautiful. We also visited the Zoo, the Flagler museum, a sculpture park, did the bike rental in the town, went shopping, visited a Sea turtle rescue center in Jupiter, and went on a Drive-through Safari in a nearby reserve. We had a great week. For dining, we recommend staying in the city center.

This neighborhood is a quiet family neighborhood of working folks like the place where I grew up. At the same time, it's a short drive or bike ride to a vibrant, yet quaint downtown, or to the most beautiful beaches in America. The beaches here are great for swimming, snorkeling, surfing or just absolutely relaxing - because Palm Beach is never crowded!! That's my favorite part.
