For future guests, we aim to be as transparent as possible—our listing clearly reflects that the kitchen is compact and does not include a dishwasher. The home features vintage furnishings, which are intentionally part of its character and charm. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’ve addressed the concerns mentioned to ensure our standards continue to be met. The pool is serviced regularly; however, late March through April can be the heaviest time of year for surrounding foliage, and occasional leaves may accumulate between cleanings. We do our best to clear this promptly. We encourage guests to review the listing details and photos to ensure the property is the right fit for their stay. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, well-maintained space with unique character, and we’re always available to assist with any questions prior to booking.

Old Northwood Neighborhood really is a gem near enough from downtown, airport and beaches. It’s also far enough that you don’t have to deal with the noise and commotion. The area is only getting better with all the future plans that are coming near this area.
