Great Amenities, Great Location, Amazing Studio!

Formerly an old nursery school, La Vieja Escuela (The Old School) has been updated, but still maintains the old charm of yesteryear with up-to-date amenities for today’s world.

Locals call this type of studio a "casita". It's a very intimate setting suited for couples and individuals. Tucked behind the main house and next to another casita is this studio apartment boasting a kitchenette, 20" gas stove, cable TV, Wi-Fi, queen bed and a renovated pool which is shared with other guests.

The kitchen has recently been remodeled, new appliances and mini-split system AC with heat pump.

Clean and quiet rental location, in the middle of everything!! Beaches, downtown, shopping, all within 20 minutes! I was nervous to stay at my first vrbo just me and my granddaughter but I am so glad I found this little hideaway. Kitchen with everything you need and laundry two steps next door. Couldn’t ask for more convenience! Thank you for everything!

West Palm Hideaway

I came down from New York to visit family and have some alone time near the beach. This property is a gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with access to all that West Palm Beach has to offer.

Quaint, clean, and perfect for what we needed & were looking for. Hosts were a pleasure to meet with outstanding restaurant recommendations in the immediate area! The pool area was quiet, relaxing, and made a great “office” to work from as needed! My wife hit a home run booking this!

Wonderful Location

I only stayed for one night but the room was beautiful, on a shared property with other lodges who share the pool. Overall a great price especially for the area.

Great spot in West Palm Beach!

My sister and I recently stayed at Ferney's studio, and it was absolutely great! We enjoyed the pool and quiet location. The studio was clean and comfortable. Ferney was very responsive, and we can't wait to return.

Always a nice place to stay. Small but all you need. Beautiful back yard and great to have access to washers and dryers on the property.

Right on bike trail, park along Gulf of Mexico across the street. Nice path from there to downtown. Property well set up. Pool cool tho, for “heated”

Poor Communication with Property Manager

I checked with the property manager prior to booking to get his/her approval for a dog over 20 pounds and he gave his approval. After we departed a day early, he/she said we did not inform them of the pet and charged me with an additional invoice.

Quick Work Trip

Great little property for a quick work trip. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making the stay seamless. The location is fantastic—very close to downtown and convenient for exploring or work. I would stay there again.
