A quiet morning into evening. Great for remote work. 5 mins to Riverfront to enjoy dining, less than 3 minutes to market street for additional entertainment. Less then 5mins to St. Francis hospital. Christiana Care is approximately 11mins drive. There is Christiana Mall, a 12mins drive for tax free shopping, dining and movie theater. Brandywine zoo and park is also within proximity. Home is monitored with video recordings at the front door. Absolutely no parties or big gatherings are allowed at the property. Smoking or drug use of any kind is prohibited at the property. Pets are not allowed at the property at this time.

Adequate for what we needed. We didn't really cook anything or hang out, just needed a space to sleep. It was quite roomy. A bit musty, but better with the A/Cs running. You must turn off A/Cs to run microwave, and we did also for hair dryers, which was fine. Needed hand towels, and would have appreciated an extra bath towel or two. Attractive and the beds were quite comfortable.

The inside was immaculate! Home owner was very helpful and answered all our questions within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Our only issue was parking. You werent always guaranteed a spot in front of the building and neighborhood was sketchy

We left the first night and stayed at a hotel. The property advertised air conditioning. They had two wall units for a 3 BR property. We arrived around 8:00pm and it felt like an oven inside the property. In a text left on the day of check in, we were notified not to use the hair dryer or microwave while the wall AC units were on. We used neither, but made the mistake of using the regular oven. The whole house went black. The only positive thing I will say is that the owner was prompt with their response and issued as much of a refund as they could. VRBO still got 118 from this nightmare.

Kind and Clean

The property manager was friendly and eager to help. My husband and son stayed at a rental home in Delaware while they were there for a competition. They found the house to be cozy and tidy. However, they felt that the neighborhood didn't seem safe or welcoming. They were thankful to have a secure place to stay during their trip.

Art & History Lovers Visit Wilmington for the 1st Time

Perfect for a weeklong stay to explore Wilmington's cultural attractions. Centrally located. Clean and updated. Plenty of space (3 BR, living room & dining room) and fully equipped kitchen (we prepared all of our meals). Very quiet (never heard the neighbors; only a little occasional street noise). Safe to explore on foot (we use common sense and don't leave things visible in our car -- it is a city, afterall). Host VERY responsive (questions answered by message right away and checked in with us halfway through stay). Key code entry system works great, very convenient. An excellent VRBO!

Nice place, exactly as described and well appointed. Appreciate the little touches! I was worried about on street parking with my SUV but had no problems finding a place on the short block of the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great Spot

Perfect spot for our guys to stay during an offsite project in Newark. The host is responsive, kind and very welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone who needs short or long term lodging in the area.

Nice spot in a quiet neighborhood.

This family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Temps were in the upper 90s when we stayed, so we were very thankful for the multiple air conditioners in the home. Quick walk to the neighborhood grocer and short drive to Fort Delaware and the DuPont Gardens enhance the location.
