DUNE OUR THING ⛱
Newly updated two bedroom two full bathroom beach cottage in award winning Ocean lakes. Cottage is short golf cart ride to the beach. This house comes with a golf cart (must be 21 and have a valid drivers license) and wifi. House comes with one king size bed, one queen bed and sleeper sofa in living room. This house comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and large flat screen smart TV in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cookware. There is a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower. Pets 20 lbs or less myst. Be prepared-approved and non refundable fee of $125 per animal will be added after booking is approved. Please message me prior to booking.
Ample parking for 2 vehicles. Ocean Lakes does charge $15 per night, per vehicle for parking pass. We do offer express check-in which provides you with parking passes in advance and the ability to drive on through the main gate and miss the check-in crowd upon arrival. In addition, express check-in provides an incentive of $3 discount which brings parking to $12. All parking fees are paid directly to Ocean Lakes. Express check-in will be handled after final payment. If bringing more than 2 vehicles you will need to utilize overflow parking area.
The renter is responsible for all linens, towels and paper products. Linen service available by request, additional fee required.

Cute place and very clean. Includes a golf cart at no additional cost which was really nice. Owner reached out to us thanking us for staying and asked for recommendations. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and never had this experience. We made a few suggestions of items we thought were needed and she purchased them that day!

Nice place to stay

The only thing i would have added is more seating in liviing room. We are all large people but other than that it is a great place to stay. The owners responded within minutes and were very patient with me having never use vrbo before. They were great to work with!!

We had an amazing time staying in this property! Bonus it came with a golf cart making travel to the beach and waterpark simple. We love the cute decor in the home and how it felt like home! We will be back!

Great Spring Break

This property was great. This was our second of many visits to Ocean Lake for our Spring Break vacation. Would stay here again. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family. We also enjoyed the golf cart. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Disappointed

This location left a lot to be desired. Listed as “newly updated,” I was extremely disappointed to see cracks and what appeared to be water stains/mold in the ceilings and walls. The shower curtain was held up by moldy/mildew sponges or old scrub pads and the host cut every cost possible. Definitely no extra trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels so bring EVERYTHING you’ll need. There were also no doors on the closet and the laundry room was in the master bedroom, again with no doors. For the price, I would save your money and stay in a hotel. Every book has a list of rules and the associated fines. Stay on your P’s and Q’s or the site will fine you $100 and the host threatens to add an additional $1000.

Property was great. Ocean Lakes is fun. Check in is a little weird having to go to office to get parking passes. Watch for $30 charge for parking and bring your own linens. Owner was very good with communication.
