"Sweet little Garden Studio”

Quiet, Clean, Studio. NewerTuft and Needle full size memory foam bed, kitchenette, Hi speed wireless, TV with netflicks, wood floors, french doors, full seperate bath, deck, and garden. Everything you will need towels, all cotton sheets, and blankets. The studio is SMALL (perfect for one) and self contained with separate entrance. This studio has some funky art and a Beautiful premaculture spring garden. If your into perfect plaza hotel style im sorry this isnt going to be for you. Thank you for understanding.

Talent is just 5 min from Ashland so this is a great place to stay if you are going to OSF, ski, river raft ,Brit festival, UBI, Talent club ( great music) walking distance. Business, Travel Nurse. The neighborhood is very quiet.

This is a wonderful, pretty, well-maintained, clean and well-appointed studio an easy drive from Ashland. There’s a hot plate for cooking meals, all the dishes and such typical of rentals. The bedding is comfy. The fridge was a bit noisy but I sleep with earplugs so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Small and sweet. Within 15 minutes walking of a great breakfast spot in a train station. AC was a bit underpowered and quite noisy - would love a fan option for sleeping instead. Would absolutely stay again.

Sweet little studio indeed

Small studio, sweetly appointed, just as described. Perfect for overnight stays, only 10 minutes from Ashland. Cool beverages available for sale were a welcome touch.

Adorable

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little porch and the wonderful garden. It was a wonderful place to sit at the end of a long day and enjoy a glass of wine.

This property is so magical! A wonderful, private garden. Very peaceful and quiet. The space itself is like an artist’s studio. The host is very welcoming and responsive. I will definitely stay here again

The setting was delightful and accommodations were comfortable. However the bed squeaked, the mattress was too soft, and the bedspread had a hole in it. Also there was no WiFi available.

The wifi info is on booking website also written clearly in the studio. Nobody has ever complained about the bed until now and the cotton throw not the bedspread has a tiny hole...but its so pretty i dont want to throw it away.

The place was perfect. I couldn't cook but what I ate was well enough. It was within a 15 minute walk of everything I needed. It was perfect, and my hostess was amazing.

Sweet space, peaceful porch with rocking chairs as the day cooled down, in a residential neighborhood. I really appreciated the A/C and privacy after a long day of driving. Stunning scenery in an area I know well, and the perfect alternative to higher accommodation prices in Jacksonville and Ashland if you are a solo traveller here to take in concerts and/or theatre. Wellness retreat getaway

The quaint little cottage room was perfect for my needs. I spent most of my time away at a retreat but enjoyed waking up in the morning to a cup of coffee on the little deck with the birds and a quiet evening with myself. It was an adorable little getaway, and I enjoyed my chats with the owner. I would book again if I return to the area.

Lovely Stay

This sweet garden studio was great for what we needed. We were in town for a weekend wedding. Were were centrally located to all communities in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was kind and considerate offering us extra towels and local restaurant options. The unit has a bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The garden was beautiful and sitting outside in the morning was refreshing. Thank you, Lisa.

Just what we needed!

Lisa has created the perfect little backyard room that has everything you need while on the road. We were passing through on our way to a memorial service and I just didn’t want the commotion of a hotel. Lisa’s place is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. She was quick to respond when we had a question and checking in was easy!

Arrived shortly after check in time and was immediately greeted by the host. Was told the garden for the "Garden Studio" was torn out, entrance to area was cluttered and unkept. Opened door to the studio and was overcome by a fool odor, like a alcan of sardines or dead fish. Looked around in fridge and trash and was unable to find source of odor. Went back out to our car to decide what to do so went to find a place for dinner. Sent a couple of messages to the host telling them that we couldn't stay and they got hostile and insulting.

William and wife? In bad mood upon arrival. I was there the whole time working in my garden and told them im sorry my garden doesnt look to great for one its winter and for two im digging up an invasive plant. They left without comment until later...recieved text of insults and lies and demands. Its really sad when unhappy and negetave people try to take you down when its your livelihood.

The unit is very eclectic and cute. The bed is super soft. It was older so needed a bit of a deep cleaning (shower curtain was a bit slimy). The towels were rough (assuming they are hung in the sun to dry). The host was friendly in their messaging, clear on expectations, and responded quickly to my messages. They offered a few drink choices at a reasonable price in the room. The air conditioning unit was above the bed and was very loud when it clicked on but the neighborhood was super quiet. The check-out was super easy. It really depends on personal preference for this little space. My rating is a bit lower because I prefer a firmer bed, softer towels, and a sparkling clean place to stay.
