Enjoy the Siesta Key sands and famous Point of Rocks beach access just steps away. Relax in our expansive living/dinning room while watching large 60in TV's, perfect after a long day at the beach. The properties amenities boast private balconies, tiki hut, shared pool, hot tub, grill, and parking.

The Space:
This beautifully appointed living area provides a spacious retreat for relaxation after sunny beach days. Enjoy a well-designed coastal interior with split floor plan allowing your group room to spread out. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare family meals along with full size appliances. Bathrooms are split as well, having updated fixtures and squeaky clean.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on Point of Rocks Road, beach access #13, on Siesta Key. The Siesta Key/Crescent beach area is a very safe area nestled between Lido/Longboat Key and South Sarasota communities. LJ's Cottages is walking distance to South Siesta Key shops, restaurants, ice cream, bars, Crescent grocery, pharmacy and liquor store. 1 or 2 miles to the main Siesta Key beach access but we have the South beach access just 3 homes down the street for your convenience. We are about 5 miles to Sarasota Memorial and 7 miles to Doctors Hospital. 7 miles to Main Street downtown district for shopping and restaurants, as well as Hollywood 20 movie theater and Marina Jack’s & Bayfront Park. The regional shopping mall and restaurants at the University Town Center (“UTC”) is 12 miles away as well as Lido Beach and Longboat Key.

Getting Around:
Transportation is easy with FREE Siesta Key Trolley once you are on Siesta Key. https://www.scgov.net/Home/ShowDocument?id=32705. They run from 11AM - 11PM and will pick you up and drop you off on Siesta Key route. We are a 10 minute walk to the free trolly. Additionally Frog Hop and Johnnys Free Rides will also pick you up and drop off at our property. There is also a Bay Runner trolly connecting Downtown Sarasota to Lido Beach and Saint Armands Circle. Downtown Sarasota has a free with IRide system just in case you don't want to walk that is just a phone call (941) 444-2585 or hail a ride away. There is a county wide bus system SCAT. In addition, Uber and Lyft are very active in the area. There is also a bike rental, paddle board, kayak, water sport rentals, and Cart rentals at Siesta Key Bike & Kayak. In Siesta Key Village CaliFlorida Surf and Skate has surf and paddle board rentals. CB’s Salt water Outfitters for all your fishing and boating needs.
