We have lived in the neighborhood for 40+ years. We have turned our rental properties into furnished finders. This home is usually rented with short term professionals. It is available every now and then through VRBO. There are no reviews because it has only been rented through FF. Everyone that rents it loves it!

Browns Point is truly a one of kind neighborhood. The sunsets are the best in the world! Neighbors are so friendly and it is the feel of community. Once you live here you don't want to leave.

Charming, very comfortable one bedroom. Just enough space to relax and enjoy the view, nice size kitchen if you like to cook. A fenced back yard so you can bring fido along for the stay. Private and very quite.
