Create cherished family memories in our unique home. This house is equipped with 2 beautiful bedrooms and 1.5 beautiful bathrooms. This house can sleep up to 7 people. This house has a total of five TVs and unlimited Wi-Fi along with a fire stick that shows unlimited channels. Just 4 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes away from the downtown, Palm Beach, and a quick 10 minute drive to the pristine beach. Step outside to find an extraordinary outdoor bar with TVs and breathtaking views. This area is also equipped with a buzzing restaurant district. The backyard adorned with palm trees, set a serene scene. Spacious bedrooms, ensure everyone’s comfort. I would not recommend this property. My family and I felt unsafe as soon as we pulled up. The house smelled bad on the inside and is not as the pictures stated. The one bathroom with a shower had an unsafe drop down tub and an outhouse type bathroom outside. There was trash left on the futon in the living room and I immediately asked for a refund and the host stated that he would give me that. I have pictures stating that. Then when I spoke to a customer service representative she stated that I could get a 50% refund to which I said that is not what the host said. Once my credit card was charged the next day I asked the host again about the refund and he stated that he did not say that and I have it in the picture. I will never use VRBO again because of this host. Go down the road just a few miles and there are very nice hotels when many amenities and it’s the same exact price.

Spring training trip

The property was clean and the host was easy to deal with. We came down for spring training and the location was convenient. The outside area with the bar was a plus, as was the commode room located right off the patio. The Keurig coffee maker and pods were a plus as well. The location was near the airport so there was the occasional noise of planes landing but this did not bother us. The kitchen lacked a pizza pan, cookie sheet, and pot holders but otherwise had all the essentials. The tub/shower does not have a grab bar, and the towel racks were missing. We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

DON'T STAY HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

When I booked my stay, I was under the impression (per their information on the site) that I was allowed to have three dogs with no extra fee because NOWHERE did it say that there was one. This is not the first time I have used VRBO, and I know the rules and how to request a stay, mainly because I travel with animals. Thank goodness I wasn't far from home or in another state and knew the area because I don't know what I would have done had I not. I booked this location because I was having my house tented for termites; they were close enough to where I live, and they accepted dogs. For my request to go through, they also made me buy insurance for the time I would be there. I did, and they accepted. I moved in with my daughter and the dogs about three weeks later. We were quiet, did not settle in, and went straight to bed since it was late. I was gone for work by 6:45 am. In my profession, I can't carry my phone and had no idea what was going on until my lunch break at 1 pm. I had an email waiting for me telling me I needed to pay an extra $507.00 to the already $689 I had spent for the stay because of the dogs. The wife, not the host, insisted their listing did not allow animals. When I told her, "I have screenshot proof," she said she would call me back. Instead of a phone call, she sent an email kicking me out because I refused to pay an extra charge that was not mentioned. They would not refund my money, and VRBO was no help. DON'T BE SCAMMED; BEWARE OF THE HOST!!!
