This was a very clean and cute little space. I wouldn't call it a studio becuase it was smaller than most hotel rooms but it suited the purpose. The only downside were the two massive trucks that pulled up to the adjacent unit at 1:30 in the mornign

This cozy little place was perfect for my partner and I. We were looking for something affordable yet nice for the two of us, and this little place was perfect!

Great place in Wellington for singles!

I was thrilled to find a pet friendly place that was 7 mins from an event I was attending. Clean and perfect for one person or couple. Centrally located to anything you need. Comfortable and Door Dash evening delivery if you don’t want to go out. Small efficiency kitchen for your needs. Happy with this choice.

Good Stay

The studio was well kept, and generously stocked with coffee and water. The bathroom had plenty of towels and was stocked with toiletries for your convenience. Overall it was a good stay for our first experience using a rental and not staying in a hotel.

I only needed the room for a night and was leaving early the next morning so it was okay. But i wouldn't have been happy with the place if I stayed any longer than that. The amenities were awesome. Coffee maker, huge sink, full refrigerator. Great bright vanity area in the bathroom. Everything was really clean. Honestly, almost perfect for a short stay. The room is off the main entrance to the house though so you can hear every person come in and out. Their dogs are super reactive to the doors. It made it pretty awkward and uncomfortable for us to come and go bc we knew it would make the dogs go crazy. At some point during the day, i guess the house was empty because the dogs barked for the entire last hour or so we were there.

The property was in good condition it was at a very convient place for our visit. Dealing with the agent is another thing. You cannot call her she would not answer her phone she wanted to be texted. We had an issue with a barking dog. We arrived at four and the dog was still barking at 7 we texted the agent we called I have recorded the dog and documented everything. Her text was I will call them tomorrow and the past four people had no problem. Well we did we ended up at a hotel moving and lost the money for the remaining two days. She would not even call back. I call vrbo they only advertise could not do anything they did call her she answered them. Her answer was we did not cancel so she could not rent, we cancelled throuogh her did not know we had to go onto the website BECAUSE OF COURSE SHE DID ANSWER THE PHONE. OK PLACE TERRIBLE SERVICE........DO NOT DEAL WITH OLGA

Nice Little Place

Positive: very close to where I needed to be. Nice quiet place. Negative: no real chair to sit in. Much smaller than I expected. All in all, a good place to stay. Olga was accommodating.

Location was good for our needs

Host was very responsive to requests. First night there, room was a little dirty, random hairs on bathroom floor one of the lights over sink was out, and shower head was cracked, sprayed the entire bathroom. Shower was unusable, contacted host was replaced the next day. All simple things that should have been checked prior to our arrival.

Very nice stay

Olga and her family is very quiet. Everything have what you need in a short staying (keurig coffee, tv, netflix, hair dryer, lots of towels) Clean and nice room whit small kitchen. The neighborhood is very queit. Have lot of shopping place in any directions. I really recommended this place.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

The studio was clean and cutely decorated. Some very considerate touches like nice shampoo and conditioner in the shower, an excellent blow dryer to use, lots of Kuerig pods to enjoy with the machine that was there for our use, and water bottles cold in the frig. I highly recommend this property. It was lovely!

Studio in Wellington

Olga's studio is a sectioned off room and bath in a duplex home. The space is small, but has the necessary amenities that are described. It was clean and the location is excellent. Olga's communication was responsive and easy. The description should be updated to include that, although it has air conditioning, you cannot adjust the thermostat in the room as it is located in the main house. The room was hot and stuffy so we contacted her to adjust the temperature, which was minimally effective. The adjoining space is also a rental and when occupied by the other renters the noise level was loud. The walls are thin and you could hear every noise. As for safety, thankfully it is in a good neighborhood because the front door to the rental does not get locked and the door to the studio is only a bedroom door with a lock pad, which is not ideal. The overall stay was decent but not the best option for an extended stay.

GREAT PLACE & EXPERIENCE

Very grateful to have found this gem. Incredibly kind host, great amenities, ideal location, cute area, and perhaps the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on! My only regret was working as much as I have been to have stayed “home” a little bit more - snuggled up watching their awesomely huge TV. This is a place I’d come back to, hands down. If you’re looking for a tidy, updated, safe, cute, & comfy place to lay your head down while you’re away, this is it. Thank you SO much for your hospitality and allowing me & my kitties to stay here (they totally were relaxed/happy here which is unusual for them unless they’re at their own home.) 5******
