This unique place has a style all its own. If you're looking for a nice getaway or retreat, this is your spot. Located 7 minutes from the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR), 10 minutes from Southern University, 15 minutes from Downtown State Capital, The U.S.S. Kid and Raising Cane's River Center, 18 minutes from Louisiana State University, 8 minutes from Zachary's Youth Park, Baton Rouge Zoo and 25 minutes from the Mall Of Louisiana. There's parks, golfing, and soccer fields near by.
The space
This new modern custom home is uniquely styled with a grand entrance with 16ft ceilings. It has all new modern furniture and appliances. It's equipped with a hot tub, massage chair and a oversized bathroom with jacuzzi tub, fireplace, tv, separate large shower, with 2 vanity vessel sinks. This home has on open kitchen plan with a bar area. This property is equipped with a large 8ft fenced in yard with a furnished patio, 2 hammocks, 2 fire pits, hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and a pizza oven perfect for entertaining.

The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could've wanted or needed for a weekend getaway. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but has plenty to do close by. Would definitely recommend.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very beautifully decorated and cozy as can be. The fire places were wonderful. We were rained in so we didn't get to use the hot tub. We still had a fantastic time. Great choice!!!

My wife and I loved Darians property! So well thought of when designing this place. We had a very relaxing stay. The bed is super comfortable so be ready to get plenty of rest! We will be back.

Fantastic house!

The house is so beautiful and beautifully decorated. The host is amazing and thinks of every litte detail. The back yard is a private oasis and in a wonderful neighborhood where everyone looks out for oneanother. Do not miss out on this wonderful property.

Beautiful home!

Darian’s home was stunning. So much thought had been put into all the touches and the bathroom was out of this world. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! He was also great with communication and helpful with check out.
