Come stay at this comfy old Florida charm property! It is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your amazing Florida vacation including beach chairs. Minutes walk to the near by marinas as well as local restaurants like Square Grouper and Manatee Island Grill, the intercostal and the beach! This neighborhood is super friendly and safe, and is waking distance to the cutest coffee stand right near the beach. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place at Fort Pierce Beach! The unit has brand new furniture and fully stocked kitchen! We love hosting guests and will be at your service 24/7 if you need any assistance or guidance for activities during your stay :).

Great location, great stay

Very nicely furnished! Comfy sofa and big tv. Nice to have 2 baths. Location is close to businesses on Seaway. Would book again.

Great location!

We booked this property to have additional space while visiting family in the area and we had a great stay! The location is amazing, walkable to almost everything on Hutchinson island. The house itself was very clean and spacious, much larger than I anticipated! I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in / check out. Host is SUPER responsive!! Very bright / clean / and centrally located to all restaurants & marinas. Will definitely stay here when we return.

Nice place

Kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated and theres some minor maintenance/cosmetic issues throughout, but its decorated nicely, has tons of room, and the enclosed yard is perfect if you have a dog. Overall, I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and dog friendly

The property was as described and located in a very nice neighborhood. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the lovely, downtown area.The home was clean and neat and had a great, fenced yard for our dogs. We were very happy with this rental.

Location!

You can walk (or drive) to many bar/restaurants in the area. Also, two beaches are nearby one on the ocean the other on the inlet with small waves. A small but well stocked grocery is around the corner. Owner is very quick to respond if you have any questions.

Great location

This house is near beaches and is walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Driveway parking a good sized private back yard. The house and interior are not new, but everything was clean and in good working condition. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
