Spectacular one bedroom, two bath ocean view ground floor condo. Newly renovated and new furniture and 85 inch smart TV. Equipped with a large oversized washer/dryer. Desirable stainless appliances for all of your kitchen needs. Open floor plan makes this one bedroom a unique experience. Relax and enjoy the outdoors right off your lanai. Located next to Waipuilani Beach, which is a long sand and coral beach protected by reef and suitable for swimming, long walks, whale watching and beautiful Maui sunsets. Located moments away from several of the best beaches in the state of Hawaii. This area is close to where surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports are enjoyed. Or should you choose to lounge on the beach, this is a nice place to be. Others may choose the wonderful pool and hot tub just out your lanai door. There is Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Condo has a new King bed, and a sofa sleeper in living room. Included is complimentary Wireless Internet and on site parking.

Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts/pickleball courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

Comfortable condo at the beach

Nice ground level unit with great access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool. The best grass in Maui! Acres of manicured park with tennis and pickle ball courts.

Maui Sunset

The ground floor is far and away a better experience. Pool is nice, hot tub just right, AC units quite noisy, bedrooms are on hallways so noisy and you can’t really open the curtain. Our third stay there and ready for something new. The adjacent Pickleball courts are in pathetic condition.
