Welcome to Holly Hill, a newly constructed home located just minutes away from downtown Murphy and all of its amusements! Nestled in the desirable Tarheel North neighborhood, you'll enjoy the privacy and peace of being right outside of the city limits. When you aren't checking out the area's local businesses, explore a plethora of outdoor recreation at Piney Knob Trails, Lake Hiwassee, Blue Ridge Adventure Park, and Persimmon Creek Trout Pond.

Back at your stay, stretch out and get comfortable amidst the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows, all while being warmed by the heat of the gas fireplace. Steps from here, the large kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an expansive island. When it's time to eat, gather around the unique wooden dining table.

The bedrooms are equally lovely with their soft linens, central air, and walk-in closets. A private washer/dryer ties together the interior conveniences.

Outside, enjoy the fresh air from the spacious deck, complete with a gas grill and alfresco dining. As the stars begin to fill the night sky, gather around the firepit for shared s'mores and campfire stories.
