You will love staying in this newly renovated 3 bedroom home. Located just blocks from Tampa Bay and only 4 miles to the St Pete Pier, the buzzing downtown restaurant district, exciting nightlife, and a short ride to our miles of beautiful gulf beaches.
Take a stroll along the waterfront in the Old Northeast district where you will most likely see dolphins, manatee, and sting rays. If you want to venture into Tampa, there is a seasonal Cross Bay Ferry that runs from Downtown St Pete.

When you aren't out exploring all that our beautiful city has to offer, you'll love your home away from home equipped with everything you need. The home is furnished with comfortable furniture and a full kitchen equipped with new top of the line appliances including gas range with built in air-fryer plus all the kitchen tools you will need. Laundry Room is just off the kitchen with access to side and backyard.
