Great place as a base for Southern Utah adventures. Spacious, clean, great kitchen, beautiful views.Host very easy to deal with.

This place was beautiful, however the photos are not super accurate when it comes to what the home currently looks like. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon expecting a ton of privacy with beautiful views. Unfortunately what we got were a lot of neighbors that we could essentially sit and eat dinner with every night. There are ring doorbells on both doors one pointing towards the deck where the hot tub sits that unfortunately take away from the privacy as well. There is also another new home directly in front of this one that unfortunately blocked the view of some of the mountains. Bryce Canyon and Zion were about an hour opposite ways to get to either one. There is also not a ton of places to eat in town so plan for that. (Brinks has great breakfast!)The hosts were great and responded immediately unfortunately the home just wasn’t what we were expecting when it came to privacy.

The a-frame house is absolutely incredible - everything is top-notch which makes you just want to stay in the cozy home, but then there is also Zion and Bryce to explore… Would definitely come back again, we had a wonderful time!

Unique!

Very unique place to stay 30 mins from the East entrance of Zion. We loved it. Easy to enjoy and spend full day at the house. Would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful home!

The home was amazing! Communication was wonderful. Only drawback is there is construction going on. That will be over soon and would highly recommend this house.

Overall, it did the trick. Photos in my opinion are misleading and dated especially on the exterior. The property is in a small subdivision with other A-frames very close; some under construction. There’s a fence on the side yard(fire pit side) installed after the photos were taken. The photos give the appearance of privacy and space, it’s not. There’s also a cold plunge tank in the middle of the deck not shown in the photos which takes up a decent amount of space. No way to use it without hauling in ice so not sure why it’s there. It is DARK in the unit. Everything is black; everything. The design is black on black. It was difficult to find the light switches. My family found the black on black style uncomfortable to live in, but this is a personal preference. Had a few other minor issues relating to cleaning and supplies. The manager was responsive. Incredible place for visiting southern Utah

An extremely well thought out, newly built cabin in Glendale Utah. It sits up on a hill in what seems to be a new subdivision of vacation homes, but this is the only one complete in the area. I typically don't book VRBOs unless they have reviews, but I'm glad we did for this one. Don't hesitate! There is a bedroom with a comfy queen bed in the back of the cabin. In the main living area there is a loft with another queen bed. Then an open concept kitchen/living room with tons of space. On the porch there is a sweet hot tub with amazing views of the area. Everything is brand new throughout. The cabin is very well sound proofed, so we never heard any of the crazy roosters in the valley below. Very dark skies, so awesome star gazing right off the porch. We visited Zion and Bryce and it's almost smack dab in the middle. About an hour into both. We've stayed in at least 25 vacation rentals over our years of travelling and this is firmly in our top three. Might even be the best!
