Sleeps up to 4. Private fully fenced back yard & Dog Friendly w/pre-approval.

The Space:
#StayinMyDistrict College Place & Walla Walla. Convenient to Downtown Walla Walla shopping, dining & local wine scene. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, grocery and a convenience store within 1 mile of the duplex, and Downtown Walla Walla is less than 10 min from the property. This quaint duplex is a recently updated, comfortable getaway, featuring modern finishes and vintage charm. Approx. 500 sq ft.² King Suite featuring 1 KING bedrooms & 1 bath. The space is small but well equipped & cozy! New hardwood and fresh paint throughout. Tons of amenities and stylish design choices, made with guests comfort in mind, make this the perfect Walla Walla Wine Escape!

Fully stocked kitchen makes cooking from home convenient and efficient. Updated with full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Seating for (2) in the kitchen.

Cozy living area featuring comfortable couch with chaise lounge that converts to a full size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging while enjoying a glass of wine from your favorite local winery. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on your personal apps! Enjoy reading, playing a board game or enjoying a glass of wine.

1 bedroom furnished with comfortable KING mattresses with clean & crisp linens, and ensuite bath. There is closet space for storing guests personal items.

Clean & modern bathroom, updated finishes and high quality towels and linens. Shower NO TUB, Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!

Large private fully fenced backyard! Perfect for hanging out with your furry friend :)

Pet Friendly with additional $50 per pet fee. Up to (2) preapproved dogs. Unfortunately we are NOT able to host Cats due to allergies. PLEASE be sure to read & understand our Pet Policy before booking.

NOTE: This is a main level duplex on one level. There is a separate apartment on the property and there may be other guests present. BOTH units have completely private and separate entrances.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “College Place” neighborhood. College Place is located in Walla Walla County, WA, and sits on the outskirts of Walla Walla, a Washington Wine Country destination. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Highway 125 is the main throughway in the town of College Place and Walmart, Home Depot, and multiple box retail stores are approx. .9 miles from the home. There are several restaurant options nearby but most people enjoy heading over to the Historic Downtown Walla Walla to enjoy the local winery scene and food options. The nearest park is Lions Park (a gorgeous local favorite with a pond and tons of well kept grassy area and paths) is a 2 min walk from the property.

Historic Downtown Walla Walla (approx. 3 miles) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. You will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, breweries, night life and lots of activities. Of course the local wine tasting rooms are what most people visit Walla Walla for, and the local Vitners will not disappoint. Most tasting rooms close by 5 pm so you will want to get an early start and try to pick your favorites!

From theaters and museums to biking, hiking, golf, and spa time, Walla Walla offers a little bit of everything wonderful. Soaked in sunshine all year round, it’s the perfect place to dive into the great outdoors. From mountains and rivers to trails and viewpoints, visitors can enjoy the ideal combination of adventures. Lean towards the downtown side of life? Check out local boutiques, art galleries and other cultural gems – they’re perfect for bringing a piece of the valley home with you.

Located in Walla Walla County, a 4 hour drive from Boise, & Portland, in the heart of Washington wine country. Walla Walla is best known for it local wineries and tasting rooms and bountiful outdoor adventure.

Getting Around:
The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 50 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. Restaurants, groceries, shopping are within 1 mile of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from College Place, & 3 miles to the downtown Walla Walla historical shopping district.

A car is recommended but there are some tour services that offer transportation for wine tours and there are local taxis, including Uber & Lyft. You can rent bicycles downtown Walla Walla as well.

Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.

Darling home with modern updates
This home is super cute with modern finishes. The fully-equiped and open kitchen made it easy to cook. Neighborhood is quiet and location is near everytjing. We will definitely stay there again!

Great price for a small, quiet location not far from Walla Walla. About a 5min drive into downtown. Full kitchen with amenities, bathroom also had amenities, comfortable bed, and it's nice to be able to park right in front of unit. I would stay here again for a weekend visit.

Cute, quiet (week days), cozy 1 bedroom and reasonable rate. Comfortable bed, nice little kitchen that's well equipped, and clean.

Cozy and comfortable
My family were staying in the Wallla Walla area for a wedding. The accommodations were comfortable and had ample space for my family. Communication with the property management was easy and they were responsive to questions. I would stay there again.

Not worth the price
If this rental was cheaper it might be worth it. It had a bunch of flys, a wet towel in the bathroom, and the bathroom was muggy. For as much as we paid it was dissapointing.
