Welcome to Phoenix VI, 1108, which has recently been almost totally renovated. Even before your entrance you will appreciate the location of this unit which is the closest one to the elevator stack. When you enter, you will be greeted by a hand painted beach scene by a local artist which will set the tone for your wonderful beach stay.
When cooking, you will appreciate our stainless-steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen allowing you to accommodate up to 10 guests. The dining table, breakfast bar, and outdoor seating give you plenty of space for enjoying meals.
The great room also will not disappoint. The gathering area with nine-foot ceilings, has new premium furniture: a Best Craft pull-out sleeper sofa with excellent support, two Lazy Boy recliners, a comfy, large leather chair, The large wall mounted TV with cable and streaming services has a front mounted audio system. (All four TVs are wall mounted and streaming ready along with 2 DVDs) [And donât forget the beautiful gulf views right outside. The 11th floor gives an expansive view of the gulf. The deck has new upscale furniture for your outdoor eating or viewing pleasure.
The master bedroom also has a gulf view, unlike some 3-bedroom floor plans. It has a king bed with a superior mattress. After a restful nightâs sleep, what a view when you first wake up. The master bath also has a new walk-in shower.
The unit has a laundry closet with full size speed queen washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a full-size new king mattress set and white plantation shutters, as does the whole unit. The third bedroom is quite large and has two double beds, which will sleep four more lucky vacationers. There is a large renovated second bathroom. These bedrooms and bath were professionally painted recently. The whole unit has been painted within the last three years and has taller ceilings than the bottom ten floors, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout.
When you are ready for the beach the patio ownerâs closet has beach toys, balls, chairs and umbrellas, which has been collected over the years and there for you to use and enjoy. The owners have tried to do everything to enhance your stay. In addition, the Phoenix 6 is a very popular building close to restaurants, trails, and everything Orange Beach has to offer.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
