We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds were nice, staff was polite and the room was perfect for me and my husband. The elevators were always available, no long waits and the boardwalk to the beach was nice. I highly recommend this place!!

Pool size can be a matter of personal preference, and we are grateful the complex offers many amenities, including two indoor pools, four outdoor pools (one heated), two kiddy pools, a splash pad, and two indoor hot tubs, which are not crowded. The bathroom has a locking barn door to the living area to guarantee privacy when it is used, as well as a locking door to the bedroom. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing ocean view and found the beach and condo to be nice.

The room we stayed in was very lovelyBut I would have to say we did not enjoy the hot tub in the hotel because they were both broken. Other than that we had fun.

Wonderful that you had fun and thought the condo was lovely! As for the hot tubs, certainly wish you would’ve asked us, or the front desk, since this a shared quad-complex with shared amenities among four of the adjacent condominiums (Phoenix I - IV) and you could’ve used those hot tubs (as also noted in our check-in instructions) which is the beauty of the quad-plex.

The condo was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towel, no garbage bags, and no coffee filters. Also, after we checked out, we realized we left a part of our small ice chest and messaged the host about it, and offered to pay for shipping if they'd return it to us. They replied with a sarcastic message about us not appreciating our weekend and worrying about frugal matters. I thought that was very rude.

With all due respect, we’re not sure who you contacted after your stay, but it definitely, WITHOUT doubt, was not not us. We would never respond to you or anyone in such a way. As well, we always return items to our guests when they reach out to us about any items they may have left in the condo. (And, there was never a part of a small ice chest left in the unit.) We literally have no idea what you’re talking about. Are you mixing us up with another condo that you stayed at? Thankfully, guests can read in other reviews about our reputation and how committed we are to being communicative and consistently helpful to our guests. Again, we have no idea what you’re talking about. This accusation is a flat-out lie!
