The property was immaculate and well stocked for our 10 day stay. My family and I were thrilled with the location next to the beach. The huge screened in porch with views all around was a delight!

We had an amazing stay. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly what it says in the description. Plenty of space for our group of 2 families and excellent location. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent experience. The house is phenomenally equipped and super kid friendly. This was our second time in Broadkill and we loved the location and the property. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! Property was wonderful! It has everything we needed in the kitchen. So well organized and well kept. The views were beautiful! Great shower and water pressure. Beds were comfy! This house had it all, even good people watching from the deck!

We had an awesome week! The property and location are beautiful! The house was well appointed. The little store across the street was adorable and had delicious food. Very much recommend!

Wonderful home steps from the beach with views of the ocean from every room and deck. The store across the street was still open for the season (just closed 9/29).

Lovely space, exactly as pictured. House was clean and well stocked. Hosts were very responsive to questions before and during the trip. Awesome to be able to use the fireplace (so many rentals have a fireplace but won’t let you use it). It was annoying to have to bring bed linens and towels for 6 people, but I realize that’s pretty standard for this area. Obviously it was very quiet in December/January, but I’m not sure how busy it might be to be directly across from the general store and public beach access in high season. Would stay here again.

The location is amazing, and the upper screened in porch is where we spent a lot of our time. You can watch the action on the street and the Bay, you can hear the waves all day and night there.The house is comfortable and the owners are responsive. My husband enjoyed the paddle board and was out almost every morning on it. The beds were also very comfortable.

Family Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at this Broadkill beach home. The property is spacious and included high end features throughout. My family appreciated the extras including the ping pong table, beach canopy tent, and paddle boards, but our favorite thing about the house was the 2nd floor screened in porch that provided a view of the water and plenty of shade. The beach path and Broadkill beach store are just a few steps away. We highly recommend this one.

A wonderful family vacation right on the beach!

We loved your home. It was clean, close to beach and very warm. Loved the screened in porch upstairs. We did come across many many grasshoppers and horse flies, which was a bit annoying, but we worked through it. One thing was that the garbage bins were both full when we got there, so that was a bit of an annoyance, but everything else was great.

Beautiful home - wonderful week!

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at this beautiful vacation home. The house was very clean & comfortable. The layout was perfect for our extended family of 8. There was plenty of space in the living area for us to gather. The bedroom/bathroom layout and number of beds was great and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed setup. There is an eating area with a table that seats 8, which you don’t always find in vacation rentals. My favorite spot was on the second floor screened in deck where I would have my morning coffee and gaze out at the water. There is another table that seats 8 on this deck and we ate here most of the time. We did not do a lot of cooking but I found the kitchen well stocked for our needs. If you like coffee, you won’t be disappointed. There is a coffeemaker, a Cuisinart for pods, a French press and a Nespresso. We especially appreciated the items that were available to us for the beach such as the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The location was great – a very short walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes to the cute town of Milton for grocery shopping and restaurants. Also only about a 20-30 minute ride to Lewes, the outlets and Rehobeth. The Broadkill Store right across the street was another great convenience. Jon was always accessible and very responsive to any questions we had and truly was interested in us enjoying our stay. He even provided an electronic guidebook with info on the home and surrounding area, which was very helpful.

Beautiful clean home with amazing screened in porch with great views and sounds of the bay. Enjoyed fishing and hanging out on the beach. Was great having a convenience store nearby too.
