Everything was very clean. The property was lovely. It was a oasis in town that was centrally located. The one bed was a little quirky but we found that to be cute and silly. We continue to giggle about it during our stay. We were busy so we didn't get to take full advantage of all the relaxing outdoor spaces. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family of 5 loved our stay here. It was close to town but somewhat secluded. The kids loved the access to the park for the evenings. Well stocked with everything you would need for short or long stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee that was provided for us and I loved being able to read my Bible and sip coffee at the patio table out on the balcony and watching the critters and chickens run around .Lena was quick to respond to all of our questions and accommodate to our needs. We also enjoyed a day at one of the lakes nearby and the carriage house made for a great place to come back to and relax.

This was the perfect place for a weekend stay! The property is adorable, and is also very clean! We enjoyed playing Uno on the deck while we watched the chickens roam around the yard. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is exactly as pictured. Pretty, in expansive grounds and absolutely perfect for our party of 3. Super comfy beds, excellent sized fridge and great a/c. Lena proved an excellent host and was super helpful before and during the stay. This is by far the best option in the area and we had a wonderful time. If returning, staying here is a certainty for us. 5/5.

Great spot, very peaceful setting, all the cooking options you could want. Cleanliness was top notch and the bedding was very comfy. Really enjoyed dinner on the deck then took a stroll around the neighborhood. Great experience would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful carriage house

We loved our stay in the carriage house! Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, so much attention so detail! Loved all the outdoor seating and we visited the chicken coup before we left

the place was beautiful and so well supplied with everything we needed. the outdoor setting was amazing and so close to where we needed to be. a very good place to stay in Farmington. we would definitely stay there again.
