This was a great place to stay to go riding at St Joe state park. We loved the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our purposes

It met all of our needs and is a good location for the purpose of our trip! We really appreciate the host being willing to let us bring a group of teens there so they could accomplish their service in the area! We enjoyed access to the pool and the space for our group!

This stay left a lot to be desired. I am going to give the owners the benefit of the doubt and say that they do clean the place when people check out; it just must not get booked often- nothing smelled or looked fresh.The good: The rooms were large, and furnished with comfortable beds. There was ample seating in the living room, and dining spaces for my group. Full-size washer and dryer available and in working order. There are two ovens available (great for our Christmas stay!), but one is missing a knob so you kind of have to finagle the piece that remains to set the temp. The bad: the host did not provide any welcome information before our stay, so no door code until asked. There were ladybugs, stink bugs, and moths throughout the loft. We found mouse droppings in the cabinets and on the counter. The showers in both bathrooms were filthy, with visible mildew/mold on the walls and grime near the drain. The floor in one of the bedrooms was sticky and there were sticky rings left on the bedside table from a previous guest. This VRBO is not well-stocked with pots and pans, and the dishes and utensils that were available had been put away dirty. We had to wash everything before we used it.

Family vacation, birthday and wedding

This was our second time staying at this location. Everything you need within a 10 minute drive; food , coffee, restaurants and shopping. All the activities we did were 30 minutes to an hour away... Swing Around Funtown Critter Lane Petting Zoo St. Louis Zoo Wedding was in Bloomdale Overall everything was great. The only thing we couldnt find was the high chair for the baby.

This was a good rental.

This was a great rental with a few downfalls but nothing horrible. I rented a ways out and needed to shorten the stay by a day. I attempted to contact a few times and it took over a weel for a response. The Vrbo was big and very spacious. Its in an appartment complex, so the apartment office is below or on the main floor of the Vrbo.
