Great location, lovely townhouse

Family trip to the Miami Grand Prix made easy and super convenient by the location of this lovely townhouse. Nice touches, good layout and comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting the area and the Hard Rock stadium

Great location and a great host!

Cindy was the best! 10/10 time here, everything was very clean, well kept and great location if you’re going to the Hard Rock Stadium! If we’re ever in the area again, I will definitely rebook!

House was amazing

The house was in a gated clean neighborhood, the master bedroom was absolutely lovely!! Cindy was a wonder host no matter the time she was helpful in anyway possible fast response time .

This home did not meet our cleaning standards especially the floors and kitchen area. There was grim on the counters and appliances. The bathrooms were good. The twin room had significant stains on the bedding and carpet. The outdoor seating area was unusable because of the black soot.The air conditioning was not coming out the the vents in twin room. Lastly the ceiling lights in the living room didn't work.The neighborhood is gated, but we saw drug deals in front of the home on two occasions. Once during the day and another at night. Cindy was very responsive to my questions and request of supplies. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.

Dear Allison, I'm disappointed to hear that your stay at The Luxx Touch didn't meet your expectations. I'd like to address your concerns: - Our cleaning company thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and flooring prior to your arrival. I've received consistently positive feedback on the cleanliness of my home in the past. - The living room light is controlled by a wireless remote, which was available in the breakfast nook. - I promptly provided additional toiletries upon your request, within 30 minutes. - I regret that you didn't bring these issues to my attention during your stay, allowing me to address them promptly. - The canopy damage was due to recent weather conditions, and a replacement is scheduled to arrive soon. - Regarding the neighborhood, my gated community is a safe and respectable area, with no reported incidents of illegal activity. Overall not bad for a quick stay. Location was close to the stadium. The house was very warm in the afternoon. We couldn’t feel much air blowing out of the vents. It was very uncomfortable on a July afternoon. We ended up going to Walmart and bought two box fans. I wasn’t impressed with the 300 cleaning fee. The floors were dirty. Within being there for 2 hours the bottom of my feet were almost black with a collection of dust and hair. That’s with the “no shoe” policy being enforced by all guest in my party. There were unknown pills under a night stand. Definitely not safe if you have small children.

Kaitlyn requested an early check in which I accommodated her and family. I ensured my cleaning crew did their due diligence to accommodate them. Not sure if the floor was still wet and that's why their feet became dirty. I've never had a complaint of my home not being clean and tidy. Also, this guests complained about the A/C and I expressed I just left the home and NO issues with the air conditioning while I was there previously for 5 days. Also, I advised the guest a new unit was put in 3 months ago. I also, had new guests check in that Saturday at 4:00 pm right after Kaitlyn stayed at the home...and they did NOT complain and they provided a 5 star review on the Airbnb platform. Clearly this guests went out their way to provide a bad review after me accommodating them an early check in at 12 noon instead of 4:00. No appreciation at all in regard to that and free wine available to them as well and water which was Never mentioned. It's unfortunate this guest never provided a positive feedback and only acknowledged how close the Townhome is to the stadium.
