The primary house includes 3 bedrooms, several living rooms and bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room. The bunkhouse features a game room outfitted with foosball, ping pong and board games. Upstairs are 4 bunk beds and a full bathroom. This property is ideal for several families or friend groups to share and is conveniently located 15 minutes to the Rocker B Ranch and a short drive to many restaurants. Please note: This is NOT a party house - guests must follow house rules. Boats cannot be tied to the dock overnight. The windy and wavy conditions will damage your boat and the dock. A public boat ramp with free launching and free overnight parking for trailers is less than 1 mile from the house.
