Beautiful House On The Bay. 5 minutes from the beach.

This house is right on the bay with a staircase down to the water.
The house has an outdoor hot tub as well as an outdoor shower.
There are three decks. Each deck is furnished. On the one deck, you can find an amazing Webber BBQ. The other deck has an outdoor couch and umbrella. The final deck is closest to the water and has some chairs for a great view.

There is also a garage that has been converted into a game room.
The garage no longer can store vehicles however it can be used for fun.
There is a ping pong table as well as a foosball table. There is also a couch in this room.
We are always trying to upgrade our game room.

The house also has any basic cooking supplies that might be needed.

There is a balcony upstairs that is attached to one of the bedrooms.

The house is very spacious, yet due to its design, it feels very connected. It is a perfect place to keep an eye on children or to have everyone together.

We do offer Kayaking and paddle boarding. Users MUST wear a life jacket and have the proper safety devices. The water in the bay could sometimes have extremely strong currents.
