The location and condo were great. The beach view was also good and so were the hot tubs. The only thing was during our stay, it was particularly warm outside and the AC didn’t seem to cool down the condo enough- it wouldn’t go below 70 degrees. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. We definitely look forward to staying again!

Great location

We love this location and have stayed at this property before at other units. It’s beach front with a great view, clean comfortable unit, nice grounds with pools, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts, and we love the convenience of Sassy Bass restaurant on the property. Try the Coconut Margarita and Dirty Banana! Management of this unit was responsive and professional. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything We Needed

This condo and property was perfect for our family of 4. Our two teenage daughters had their own bedroom and bathroom. Nice view of the pools and the beach from the balcony. Air conditioning was cold and the condo was clean and tidy. We felt safe on the property and the staff was helpful. We liked the checkin gate where all vehicles had to be registered. We enjoyed our stay so much.

A Great Family Property

Great stay!

Very nice clean condo. Wonderful view from the deck. Jackie was super nice and easy to work with. You don't have to leave the resort. The beach is right there, 2 pools and a restaurant on site. I would recommend this piece of paradise to anyone. We look forward to going back!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing time here. The location was perfect and the resort had so much to do. Our children ranged in age from 10-17 and there was something for everyone to do. The kids were able to venture around and I never felt that they were unsafe. The host answered all of my questions within an hour of my emails. We will definitely be back next summer!

Perfect family trip

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The building was well taken care of. We had plenty of room for a family of four. The view off the balcony of the gulf was wonderful. We could see the beach flags from our balcony to better plan our day. The common area and pools were very clean and nice. The other guests at the hotel were all very family friendly. Plan on coming back to this location next year.

Great view and amenities! We had fun playing tennis and beach walking. My only quip would be that the outdoor pools are not heated. We had 58-70 degree weather for Spring break and weren’t able to use the outdoor pools. They were freezing! We would love to come back in warm weather to be able to swim though. Great location away from the crowds, but close enough to drive to Orange Beach. Comfy beds & clean condo. Sassy bass ( downstairs in building ) had good food & drinks overlooking the beach. Enjoyed our stay and would return in warmer months. Thanks!

Plumbing issue

We reported on Monday the master bath toilet did not flush properly. Maintenance checked on Thursday, and left a bit of a dirty wet mess. Plumber fixed it on Friday. I guess a plunger in the bathroom was a red flag.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place with everything you need to have a great vacation! The condo was clean and just as described in the listing! Loved the beachy decor! We love staying in this area the property has everything you need. Beautiful beach, pools, hot tubs, basketball and tennis courts, and has security check in and only people staying in the condos are allowed on property! Definitely plan to stay here again!
