This was our 2nd stay at the Grey House. Love the location, perfect spot for the beach. Great yard for bonfires. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Shawn was also very responsive to anything we needed. The house was very comfortable for our family!

The beach is so so close, which was a huge selling point for us. I loved that it was less than a 5 min walk, but also you could walk to several restaurants and coffee spots as well. Perfect for a toddler who doesn't want to drive places! And the house has all of the things you could need. We were grateful to have the beach wagons and chairs easily accessible and clean/ready for use. The kitchen has many appliances (like an airfryer), and is stocked with non-perishable basics. Overall, a clean, easy experience for a weekend getaway. We'd definitely look into staying again!

This was the perfect getaway to celebrate my daughter’s engagement. Her friends enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and gelato. The hot tub was very clean and well kept. Great snacks left by the host! Wonderful home for multiple guests. Overall the nicest I’ve experienced yet so highly recommend a stay at the GrayHouse!
