Booking was fine. Property was ok. Pool was dirty which we cleaned so we could use. Dog poop left from previous renter we had to clean up ourselves. I also added the early check in and wasnt told until the last minute that the cleaners wouldnt be able to get it cleaned in time, so we wouldnt be able to do early check in and that we would be refunded the 150.. Then in the end they didnt refund my 150 and I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. None of the TV's worked the whole time. We tried to resolve that with the owner and they tried to blame it on the batteries in the remote. They sent new batteries and that was not the problem for every tv in the house not working. Something with the wifi. It had the owners google address locked on the living room tv and wouldn't allow any other operation.

Was visiting California with my family for a graduation. The goal was to be close to Disney and find a nice property with a pool. This property was affordable and checked those 2 boxes.The house was great. The setup was perfect. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning. There were no face clothes in the house. I am not one to bring my own cloths or use my hands. We ended up picking some up. The pool was awesome, but the area around it was a bit of a mess. There were pool toys strewn about the area as well as some garbage. We thought maybe the wind had blown them around but there were some that were deflated. We didn't use any of them. Would have liked the area to be free of clutter. But it didn't ruin the pool experience. The grill needed to be cleaned. Not just the grates, but inside. There will be a fire if it isn't taken care of. Other than that, the place was awesome. Would we stay there again. Probably. Hopefully those things would be remedied.
