Offering modern amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood with sidewalks throughout. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is ample parking.

Pensacola Stay

We found the home to be very comfortable and welcoming. Clean, bright and cheery rooms, location was great to access Pensecola beach and the Naval base for some golf. Overall a great experience.

Good open layout. Clean and inviting interior. Beds were very comfy. Beach towels were provided. Two bathrooms, but limited on counter space. The backyard was not usable for our dogs. We did have an issue with insects and a lack of weather stripping under the front door. This caused us some discomfort with our stay. More than likely we will be choosing another property on our next Pensacola stay.

A relaxing stay in Pensacola

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this house which had everything we needed in a quiet little neighborhood not far from downtown Pensacola. Everything was as advertised and the host took care of us and was very responsive to requests for information.

2nd stay - just as good as the first

Very good experiences and I regret not giving this review for our 1st visit as well. Everything about the listing is accurate and the house was always cozy. No complaints and will be looking to continue our new holiday tradition here.

Hidden Gem

I hate to leave such a glowing review because I worry we won’t be able to get the property next time. This place truly exceeded expectations. It was so clean and so organized!! Many amenities and close to where we needed to be!

Spacious home and Great Location

A lovely home away from home that's spacious and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking and baking and gathering around the kitchen island with family. It was close to downtown, beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Communications with Jennifer qas great. Thank you Jennifer for a lovely stay!

Relaxed time

The property was a real nice simple house. We relaxed and just got away from the rush of life for a couple days. The manager was very easy to talk to and deal with. The only part of the property we wish had been different is that there was no door to the backyard, you had to go out and let the dogs through the fence which isnt a big deal at all. Definitely one to keep for later trips.

The house was clean, modern looking on the inside, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, A/C worked great, plenty of parking. We had no problems checking in and the host allowed us to check in early. The only complaint we had was that the 2nd bathroom and shower were a bit small (kind of a tight fit). And the location seemed a bit sketchy, but we had absolutely no problems and had restaurants and grocery stores within a short distance. Aside from the weather not cooperating, we had a wonderful time. Definitely well worth the money!

We Will be back! This home was spotless & comfortable. There were extra towels, lots of pillows, lots of cooking/kitchen necessities, and plenty of blankets. Even had games, coloring books and crayons for the kiddos. Every room had a tv. Wonderful cold AC. Washer and dryer was perfect and kept me from having to do laundry when we got home. Fridge was supper clean and had lots of room. Screened in back porch was my favorite spot. Home was beautiful!

Very charming house not too far fromPensacola beach. We had a fantastic time and we were sad to leave. Very responsive host and very clean property. We brought our dog and he loved the stay as well. Just bring your own shampoo and body wash bc it’s not provided but everything else is including beach towels!
