Cute East Pensacola Heights Cottage vous attend. Cette maison de deux chambres et une salle de bain offre des planchers de bois franc avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour notre soleil de Floride. Grande cour arrière clôturée (immense jardin "Forest Forest" derrière la maison). Situé dans un quartier fantastique, à 7 minutes du centre-ville de Pensacola et à 15 minutes de la plage de Pensacola (lorsque le trafic sur la plage est minime). Tout le monde est invité à profiter de ma maison.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The house was cozy and had all the essentials and more; the fenced yard was perfect for our fur baby, Giz. The property was close to downtown and to a dog beach. We will likely stay there again.

This little home had a great backyard area for the dogs. Location of this home has all kinds of little restaurants within a few blocks and if you're not in the mood to eat out there's a Publix right down the road to pick the things you need. Just a Great location !!! Quiet safe area

This is a cute older home. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood but just a couple blocks from restaurants and a grocery store. The home is also more spacious inside than you would guess just by looking at the outside photos. Finding a rental to accept our 2 large dogs was difficult. We were fortunate to find this little gem. Cindy was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Something not mentioned in the listing was that there were even beach towels, Boogie boards, and a few other beach toys provided.

The overall house was very clean, but the beds weren't very comfy. The AC had troubles keeping up with the Florida heat, but we were only there to sleep so it wasn't a big deal. There was quite a bit of glass in the yard that we had to pick up because we had our dogs with us and didn't want them to get injured. Other than minor issues we had a great stay. Close to parks and easy walking distance from great restaurants. It was a 20 min drive to Pensacola beach.

Loved it! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, adorable roomy cottage, beautifully landscaped front and backyard- great for dogs and kids. Walk a couple of blocks to restaurants and coffee shop, 5 min drive to downtown, and less than 15 min to Pensacola beach (the drive is beautiful crossing over 3 bridges). Easy check in and out and responsive host. Will be back!

Great vacation memories

Loved our time here! The check in process was super easy, had everything we needed and reasonably distanced from things to do. I also loved it being dog friendly and the home was complete with some dog friendly items, including toys, which we had actually forgotten to bring.

I purchased this property primarily to be directly behind my elderly mom. She's 89 years young and going strong but I like being very close to her. This is my personal home but I rent it out to others so they may experience our beautiful East Pensacola Heights neighborhood.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets. My brother also has a "Food Forest" garden in the yard directly behind. So mossy over and say hello, he'll give you a tour.
