Cute East Pensacola Heights Cottage vous attend. Cette maison de deux chambres et une salle de bain offre des planchers de bois franc avec beaucoup de fenêtres pour notre soleil de Floride. Grande cour arrière clôturée (immense jardin "Forest Forest" derrière la maison). Situé dans un quartier fantastique, à 7 minutes du centre-ville de Pensacola et à 15 minutes de la plage de Pensacola (lorsque le trafic sur la plage est minime). Tout le monde est invité à profiter de ma maison.

Loved it! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, adorable roomy cottage, beautifully landscaped front and backyard- great for dogs and kids. Walk a couple of blocks to restaurants and coffee shop, 5 min drive to downtown, and less than 15 min to Pensacola beach (the drive is beautiful crossing over 3 bridges). Easy check in and out and responsive host. Will be back!

Loved our time here! The check in process was super easy, had everything we needed and reasonably distanced from things to do. I also loved it being dog friendly and the home was complete with some dog friendly items, including toys, which we had actually forgotten to bring.

Home away from home

We felt comfortable and the neighborhood was great. We took many long walks and the location was close to the beach, stores, downtown and restaurants. We would like to visit again.

Comfortable and great location

This was a great place to stay with two dogs that require a ton of exercise. The fenced in yard and friendly dog neighbor was great for my dogs as well as the nearby parks and dog friendly beaches. We had a fantastic time and will come again!

I purchased this property primarily to be directly behind my elderly mom. She's 89 years young and going strong but I like being very close to her. This is my personal home but I rent it out to others so they may experience our beautiful East Pensacola Heights neighborhood.

There is a great back yard fully equipped with Bar-B-Que and patio furniture. Walking distance to the bayou, if you'd like to kayak, relax by the water and see the beautiful sunsets. My brother also has a "Food Forest" garden in the yard directly behind. So mossy over and say hello, he'll give you a tour.
