Welcome to "Atlantic View II", a Maine summer vacation rental with ocean views and walking distance to Short Sands Beach!! The cottage has an open floor plan on the first level, with a fully functional eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, etc), stacked washer/dryer, freshly updated 3/4 bathroom (no tub), and living room with cable TV and views of the ocean.

Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a queen-sized bed (all linens are provided). Two of the bedrooms also have ocean views.

Outside there is a picnic table, gas grill, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower! Completing all of this is the fact that you can walk just a short distance to Short Sands Beach and the surrounding shops, restaurants, arcade, playground, gazebo with nightly music, and York's Wild Animal Kingdom Zoo. The location can't be beat! Parking is limited to two cars (tandem style) and this is a pet-free and smoke-free property.
