The Shelly House is a private home with all of the perks and pleasures for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself, providing all the pleasures, The mesmerizing backyard lounge features a pergola with couches and hanging chair, a huge gas fire pit and a hot tub. Don't forget the BBQ! Don't want to go out? It's all there, four Sonos speakers, tons of streaming services, two built-in desks.
The space
Picture wrapping up your day in-town or on the slopes and stepping into a stunning house with all you need to relax both inside and outside. Loosen up in the hot tub or chill out by the built-in gas fire pit. Stretch your legs on the huge sectional or watch the game on the 85" 4K Smart TV (with tons of streaming services). Turn on your favorite song on the Sonos speakers while you cook up a feast or get ready for the big event. Grill up a feast on the BBQ or take a nap in the hammock. Retreat to the the master suite with 65" 4K Smart TV, walk-in shower and freestanding tub. Have to stay in and work? That will be no problem with the two-built-in workstations and blazing fast internet. We pulled out all of the stops to make sure this is the perfect accommodation for a wide range of travelers. Many of the furnishings you will find were sourced locally to support local and small businesses. This includes: art from five local artists and a custom outdoor dining table from a local craftsman. The hot tub is manufactured by Bullfrog Spas, the outdoor firepit by Grand Effects, and the mattresses by Serta, all Utah-based companies.

This is a private home with a private fenced back yard. Parking includes an attached two-car garage and three driveway parking spots, there is enough space for a trailer as well. All areas are private and designated for your use.
Other things to note
Though we do everything in our power to keep our amenities fully functioning, they can, as most things do, breakdown. We cannot predict when that happens and therefore we are not obligated to refund any money due to non-working amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc). If this occurs, we will make every effort to get the problem solved in a timely manner - this may or may not occur during your stay.*

We ask that you report any issues with the hot tub (dirty, cold, etc.) within 30 minutes of your arrival so that if an issue exists, we can work quickly to try and get it resolved.
