Enjoy views of the water from most rooms in the house (including the master bedroom!) Roast marshmallows in the fire pit outside to the gentle lull of the lake before heading inside to one of the comfortable rooms for a good nights rest. Includes access to community boat dock, pool, tennis and pickle ball court.

Top Level:

Mid Level:

- Living room

- Dining room, table seats 8 w/ views of water

- Kitchen w/4 stools at breakfast bar

- Master bedroom with views of water and private bathroom. Bathroom also opens up to hallway. Desk in the room

- Balcony with screened porch



Bottom Level:

- Living room with 2 couches, tv and gas fireplace (decorative only). Views of the lake

- Bunk room queen and double. Private bath with shower.



Outdoor Space:

- Kayaks & pedal boat for guest use

-Mid level and bottom level porches

- Seating area with 2 seats

- Seating area with 4 seats and fire pit

- Lower and upper level dock. Lounge/recliner chairs and normal chairs. Boat cleat to tie up boat



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
