HOME DETAILS
Welcome to your home away from home! The moment you enter, you are greeted by a fabulous neon sign of our home's name, Honky Tonk @ Lyric - perfect for a photo op! Straight ahead is our downstairs bedroom with two queen-size beds and a full bathroom next door.
You can access the two-car garage at the end of the hall by the stairs.

Upstairs on the main level of the home is our king-sized bedroom with en suite bathroom. The home opens up to the open-concept living room, dining room and kitchen! Our kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space, including an island for meal prep and serving!

Our laundry room is right off the kitchen for easy access during your stay. We also have a convenient half bathroom off the living room.
Up the third set of stairs you will find a cute bar area and the door to our first of TWO rooftop decks! This massive deck has corn hole, a spiral staircase leading to the crow's nest deck, another photo wall with neon light, a dining table that seats eight, AND a large seating area to relax and take in all the views! PLUS string lights for all the night time vibes!

There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed on the 3rd floor. The en suite bathroom, coffee bar and TV make for a lovely getaway when traveling. It's a great space for a leisurely morning while you plan your adventures for the day!

Up the last set of stairs, you'll find our crow's nest rooftop deck! Take in the stunning views of the Nashville skyline! This deck includes bar seating for four, more lounge seating, a grill, ice chest, oversized Connect 4 AND yet another photo wall to capture this trip of a lifetime! If you're anything like us, you may even love the rooftop decks so much that you decide the vibes are better at home than on Broadway! ;)

PARKING
Private two-car garage along with communal parking areas. Please note that we are unable to accommodate RVs or trailers at our properties to comply with local laws and ordinances. We're happy to suggest local public parking for these situations.

HOA strictly prohibits parking along common streets. You may be ticketed or towed if cars are not parked inside the garage or in the designated parking areas.

Nashville is a thriving metropolitan city with incredible character and personality. Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any major city, don't forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep your home locked.
We live in residential neighborhoods and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. We ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 6:00
am.

Plumbing, etc) may unexpectedly malfunction.
While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.
