4 Bedroom/3.5 Bathroom home in Surf City on beautiful Topsail Island, NC!

Morning coffee on the back decks watching the sunrise! House sleeps 12 w/plenty of parking!

Decks on all levels front and back! Enjoy watching the sunset after a fabulous day at the beach!

Rest and relaxation is what vacation is all about! That's exactly what you will have when you book Searenity Haven! As you arrive, you'll see there is ample parking and access to an elevator to make check in and check out a breeze! This also allows for all to access our home! No worries if it's raining, lots of parking under the house!

Our home provides all you need for downtime! The first floor is where you'll find 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Head up another floor and the kitchen, family room and dining area is ready! Stretch out on the couch or the lounge chair! Need a cup of coffee or tea? Help yourself! One more flight up and you're in the Primary Bedroom! Spacious room with king bed, walk in closet, large bathroom, pull out couch and spectacular views!

Save your unpacking and head to the beach! A short walk and your toes are in the sand! Take a walk down the beach to the Town of Surf City! Plenty of restaurants and shops... Or you can drive!

There is an outdoor shower, hot and cold water, located at the back of the house!

Kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to cook! We have a double oven for holiday vacations to make cooking/baking easy!! If ordering in is best, dining table seats 10 with 4 seats at the counter! Smart TV's in every room! Linens, towels and beach towels included!

We are Pet Friendly, your pup is welcome! We have a pet fee, $150 per pet. We prefer one pup, but contact us if you would like to bring 2!

Wonderful House

This house was well thought out and much consideration was given to available amenities. Karen was very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the check-in date. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family. Bonus...I left with a new grandson being born on the last night! Thank you, Karen, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

One Great Place

This is one of the best homes to stay in that we have experienced. The hosts are fantastic people who will do all they can to assist you. The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a beach stay. The hosts had a welcome basket full of snacks, waters, and other items. The home has beautiful decks off every floor, front and back. This is one home we know we will return to. It is a beautiful home, inside and out

Terrific Vacation House!

Wonderfully laid out beach house with plenty of room for a large family or multiple guests! Dining table is the best- seats 12! Every bedroom has a deck and the master has an ocean view! Will book again!

Wonderful vacation home

This property was amazing, super clean and beautifully decorated and Karen, the host, was wonderful to work with. The house was an easy walk to the beach and had everything you could possibly need, also close to all restaurants or water activities. Karen responded almost immediately and had put together a welcome book with area restaurants and short reviews that were very helpful. Perfect for our family that included my 11 month granddaughter that was crawling and the house was super clean. We 100% hope to stay here again!!

Wonderful week at Topsail!

We absolutely loved this house, and Karen is a friendly host who responded to every question quickly. We had everything we needed for a great beach week, including a beach cart which made walking to and from the beach much easier, a nice grill, outdoor shower, huge dining room table for meals and games, comfortable beds and bathrooms, and beautiful views from the many porches and decks! This was a beautiful, comfortable place to spend a memorable week with family and friends. We look forward to coming back. Thank you, Karen!

Beautiful Home For Family Vacation

We absolutely enjoyed staying in this lovely home! The house feels fresh and looks new. Very clean! Communication with the owner was easy , and the response quick. The home is roomy and comfortable. We loved the kitchen. They have plenty of silverware, utensils, dishes and cooking supplies. The proximity to the beach access is a very short walk. We enjoyed using a cart and bogie board on our walks to the beach. In closing, we will be back and recommend this home to our family. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Best Wishes 💙

All we needed and more!

Such a beautiful house! The beach is a block or so away, and there are views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway from multiple balconies. The house was spotless and in great shape. We had plenty of room for seven of us and enjoyed every possible convenience that we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, outside, and throughout the house. The host could not have been kinder and communicated well before and during our trip. It was truly five-star vacation stay!
