This tranquil home is nestled right in the middle of the town of Taos. It’s situated against cottonwood trees and is an excellent rental for a couple or single seeking repose.

Relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains of Taos while still within a few minutes biking or walking distance of the plaza.

The home is furnished with a brand new helix midnight luxe king mattress.

Brand new mini split air conditioner installed.

The home is also equipped with high speed internet, fully furnished kitchen, Kiva fireplace, full bathroom with dual shower heads, and private patios that include an outdoor hot tub, lounge chairs and lots of foliage.

This is an ideal place for travelers who love to enjoy the natural environment as you will find many hummingbirds buzzing in the flowers outside the window and an orchestra of birds chirping throughout the day. It is a perfect retreat yet right near everything. A clean and safe place to come home to and decompress.

The home is located less than a mile from town, it’s a short drive (uber/lyft service available), however if you enjoy walking it’s roughly a 30 minute walk. The plaza has retail shops, cafes, restaurants, and yoga studios. During summer/mid fall, the plaza has a great farmers market on Saturday mornings.

Parking is private and covered - under a nice attached adobe carport.

Just to be sure it’s the right fit I have a “no parties, no pets, no smoking, no shoes inside, and no outside guests allowed on premise policy. it’s customary to leave the home in the same nice and tidy condition as you found it. The bathroom is downstairs, while the bedroom is upstairs. If all sounds good then a very warm welcome. You’ve picked a perfect spot for rest and relaxation.

All guests can use the home and all its furnishings during their stay. I just ask that you be mindful of the house and use it with care.

Other things to note
Due to the spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom, this home is not ideal for anyone that will have difficulty walking up and down stairs or anyone who may be disabled or simply uncomfortable with spiral staircases as they can be potentially dangerous. Tip for the staircase: walking mindfully on the outer / thicker part of the steps is likely to avoid any accident. Bathroom is on the first floor, while the bedroom is on the second floor.

There’s also an external video surveillance ring doorbell near front entrance of the home, a ring in the garden to monitor landscape contracting, and a ring over looking the forest behind the house for fire.

Firewood purchase is the responsibility of the guest, if none is left from previous guest.

Host is not responsible for any accidents, injury or other health related issues from using the salt water hot tub.
