This location had everything we needed. Just across the street from the beach and all of Clearwater Beach is walkable from here. Beautiful sunrises across the marina which is right out the front door.

Everything was great, minus the weather the entire week we were there. We still enjoyed our condo, the view was amazing. We didn't see any dolphins in the bay but our neighbor did. Everything was clean, plenty of items for the just in case you forgot or couldnt travel with like coolers, and chairs for thr beach. We did have a slight issue eith the code to get into the building but that was fixed by maintenance in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this condo.

The place was clean and neat. The view from the balcony was great. We saw dolphins and a manatee with its baby. It is an easy walk to the beach. Only four minutes from Sand Key beach which is less crowded. Be sure that your parking tag is visible, ours had fallen and our car was towed. 272 plus an Uber ride to get it back.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with the beach and plenty of shops all within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The only thing we personally would have liked was a fan in the bedroom, as my husband and I tend to get hot at night, but that’s just our personal preference.We also left a few beach toys behind for the next little one to enjoy. Overall, we had a great experience.

We love everything in this condo and host. Only one thing we hate is bed frame haha. When we were sleeping every time we flip it makes noise. So it pretty disturbing when we are sleeping.

Awesome property!

The place was as described. We walked to the beach with their provided chairs, umbrellas, and swim gear. It was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony. Easy walk to restaurants and attractions.

406 Dockside home from home.

We found the condo ideal for a couple. We'll situated for beach,bars and restaurants. The condo was clean, modern well equipped. Comfortable rooms and superb views of the waters where we saw dolphins and manatees nearly every day. Good communication before arrival made everything run smoothly. Would gladly return again.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved Dockside and condo 406. The condo had everything we needed, and we enjoyed the fact that it had a private balcony as well as chairs out front overlooking the water. The condo was in walking distance of the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We only ended up needing our car one time. Free parking too which is a bonus. If I'm ever back in Clearwater, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this condo again.

Property was clean and in a good location. It was an enjoyable stay with no real issues. From a constructive criticism standpoint. The bedroom furniture should be replaced as they are old and all the drawers smell musty. Also the unit smelled musty but mostly the bedroom which caused us to buy air freshener spray. Also the beach chairs need to be replaced. The ones there are unusable. You should have two new new beach chairs that are usable as opposed to four that are old and rust and small. Just some minor adjustments would go a long way as I suggested above.

2023 Florida Stay Dockside

Report our concerns with the property managing company. Hoping our feedback on our stay to them generates some improvements with housekeeping and musty smell of rental.
