The location to all the things in Clearwater was great. The rental was very clean and had everything we could need. Communication with the owners was quick and easy! I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Marie and Mark were very accommodating and always had a quick response. We walked in and the condo smelled clean and looked very nice! The couch was comfy and the bed even more! My daughter and I stayed here for the week and it was the perfect fit for us! We will definitely stay there again!

Clean, fully furnished, decent location. The owners were very easy to work with. Pool was nice. My only complaint is the living room furniture. It was very cheap and extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

Home away from home.

This was my first time booking through VRBO and because of this experience, I will be booking VRBO again in the future. The apartment we rented was clean, modern, in a great location and felt like a home away from home. Me and my family had an amazing time and my kids loved the pool and pool accessories that were provided by the apartment owner. Check in was a breeze and everything we need was provided in the apartment. Me and my family would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the Clearwater area.

Beautiful Condo. Safe Location. All the essentials.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is decorated beautifully. Washer and dryer in unit was ideal. The condo had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The bathroom also had all the essentials, but we brought our own. The owners have really thought of everything One might need. The internet was not easy to connect to, as the “book” did not have the correct information. When we reached out to the owners, they replied “everything is in the book, we have never had internet problems before”. This was not helpful. We were frustrated. We did eventually get on the internet choosing a different WiFi connection name (the book was wrong).The checkout time in the book says 11am but we got a text the night before telling us the checkout time was 10am. Hopefully the owner will update the “book” and that will avoid the frustration we experienced. These are small things, I know. We were comfortable, felt safe and it was a great place to come back to at the end of a long hot day!

The Avalon

The most lace is beautiful and perfect for a couple get away, Clearwater beach is just 15 minutes away and in a perfect location, we really enjoy the ondo, clean and spacious.

Family Getaway

We were impressed by the property and it was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and going to spring training games. We enjoyed the resort, especially the pool.

Nice, quiet, comfortable, secure and convenient place. Surprisingly suitable for a family of 4. Would rate 9/10, the missing point is ... the garbage, which was a bit hard to find.

Clean and Quiet

Our stay here was lovely. The space is clean and well decorated. There are a number of amenities provided, coffee filters, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc were already in the unit so for a short stay we did not have to purchase a whole bunch. We love the corner unit, and the entire stay it was so peaceful and quiet. The grounds were well maintained and felt safe. There is a publix directly across the street and it was only a 10 minute drive over to clearwater beach. This condo was excellently priced, well maintained and overall a great stay!

Oasis at Clearwater

Very well-appointed condo with nice touches, including satin pillow cases, all towels, very nice beach furniture, relaxing patio, very comfortable bed, and security gates. The condo assoc. buildings were less elegant than this apartment itself. The grill near the pool was fun and easy to use (charcoal), and the parking was easy. I think the people in the apartment below may smoke because I could smell it faintly now and again. The laminate floor was dirty so you might consider bringing house shoes or extra socks. The apartment below has a little dog that barks when people come and go which startled me at first. The appliances were all great and well-stocked kitchen! The owners were very responsive and helpful with tips for excursions and parking.

Great place to stay

This condo is clean and updated. This is our second time staying in this condo. Great neighborhood with all amenities within walking distance. The pool area is really nice. About 7 min drive to Clearwater beach. Will definitely stay again Shannon K
