This amazing top floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Fresh off a 2024 Renovation, this condo is ready for your next vacation getaway, so book while you can! Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen bed in the loft, two twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. A brand new Master Shower exists on the main floor and the upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The unit also features a convenient washer/dryer. The kitchen does have a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Beautiful view, you get what you see, private beach no need to deal with hassle of public beach. Seats were reserved for us after the first morning, seating starts reserving at 8am. Plenty of parking and only 20-25 minutes away from Harborwalk Village.

Perfect Location!

We loved the accommodations. The place was clean and well appointed for everything a family of five could need. Lots of great restaurants close by. Everything was easy to walk too or within a short drive. Would love to return during warmer months to fully take advantage of all the amenities.

The condo was great for my family. The only issue, which was not the condo, but the road in and out of the condo was flooded for 2 days and couldn’t leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pretty good. It’s definitely a great location, quiet area. There were a few things about the condo that we feel should be improved. We feel coffee filters should be available, a kitchen sponge to wash dishes and oven mitts to get hot items out of the oven with. We flew in and I asked if beach towels were included and the person that responded said yes. When we arrived there weren’t any beach towels. The management people accommodated us and brought us some later the next morning. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom is very moldy and needs to get changed out. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Love the condo!

Absolutely love how the condo is only 4 stories, and the beach is not over crowded. It’s also a family oriented atmosphere. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for check-in is because we had to call to get a new gate code. The one provided didn’t work. We highly recommend this unit. It was updated and clean.

I love Windancer condos, and this unit did not disappoint! This top floor with a loft was just beautiful and the views are to die for. Also, I have nothing but amazing words for the management on this. They are truly a red carpet service company. We can't wait to book more stays. Thanks Again!!

The condo was well maintained and impeccably clean. The views were unreal to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. On top of the condo being breathtaking, the management company was the nicest I've ever dealt with. They communicated before our stay and numerous times throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great time. We had a few questions arise and they were ready with responses and help within seconds. We had a birthday party bon fire on the beach, and they set it all up! I barely had to lift a finger! It was wonderful. We are already looking at our calendar for another stay here soon!
