Paid to check in early and cleaning crew was still there, so there was a delay. The pool filter & heater didn’t work, pool guy said it had been out of order for 12 days as they were waiting on a part which never showed while we were there. So he just put chemicals it ‘clear it up’. Sewage backed up in the yard, toilets & kitchen sink. RotoRooter had to come twice to clean out. Broken furniture, broken toaster. Upstairs shower head needs to be replaced. You should not rent for a few weeks to take care of much needed repairs. It’s a nice home and location but needs some attention.

We had a great stay overall. The house was beautiful and clean. It was spacious, well-maintained, and worked very well for our group.There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay, but nothing that significantly impacted our trip. What really stood out was how responsive and helpful Prashant was throughout the process. He was easy to communicate with, addressed questions quickly, and made sure any concerns were handled promptly.Overall, this is a very nice property, and we would definitely consider staying here again. We took my son and his friends down for a quick trip before graduation this Saturday! They had a blast! Plenty to do even on the rainy day! We had no issues except trying to figure out the lock on front door! Anything we had issue with or needed in general was resolved in a very timely manner! Prashant was very helpful and accommodating! Fun in the sun!

We had a wonderful time at the Sandcastle. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball court and convenient walk to the beach. We had a few issues that were immediately resolved by Nadia and Elaina, which we greatly appreciated.

Exactly as pictured

Everything was great. We were only a few blocks from a great public beach, easily walkable. We also had everything we needed in the house. The place was very clean and we will definitely go back! Thanks for everything!

Great house and location

The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. Could use updated living area furniture. And the game room didn’t have any chairs for gamers, and none of the bedrooms had dressers. We lived out of suitcases for 10 days. Pool was small but perfect for us. Could use a shaded area in backyard. But I would definitely stay again.

Any time there was an issue, the host was quick to respond, and quick to get it resolved.The washer/dryer set is not the best. Any time more than three towels were washed, the washer would get off balance. We also had some issues with the dryer needing to be turned on 2-3 times to dry laundry. There was an issue with the dryer that was fixed, however it started messing up again after someone came to work on it. I think it just needs replacing.The air was preset to not go below 69, which was fine for the upstairs, but with there only being one unit for that big of a house, downstairs was super hot, even with blinds and doors closed. After chatting with the host, they were able to turn it down a bit, but it’s unfortunately controlled by the host. I’m not a fan of that.Water pressure was not good, toilets wouldn’t flush if any other water was running in the house. There were also a few times that we would smell sewage when we were outside, and we’re pretty sure it came from the side of the house. I’m sure that could easily be resolved.On the flip side, the kids LOVED the pool and pickleball court. They also loved the upstairs gaming area, and bedrooms were laid out perfectly. Kids played outside or upstairs, and adults hung out in the living room.All in all, we had a wonderful trip, I appreciate how quickly the host responded to any issues we had and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.I would definitely recommend this house to other guests.
